I have been coming to this Johnny Rockets for the past 13 years. They never disappoint.
Customer service is always on point. You are always treated as a priority and cared for. You are never forgotten about. The food is amazing. Always fresh and they always make sure you are satisfied with your food. I have been to the Arrowhead location as well as the Scottsdale Fashion Square location and I still prefer to come to AZ Mills due to the professionalism, great customer service and great food. My favorite has always been the chili cheese fries and the malts (milkshakes). They are amazing!!!!!! I highly recommend going to this location!!!!!!

Food quality: 1.6/5 Food was overcooked yet still cold, several requested additions like extra tomato or lettuce were not provided. Sauce in side not brought or on the food. If you had allergies or dietary restrictions. I guarantee you they would be ignored.
Service: 1.2/5 We were not informed about automatic gratuity with our party with children. Milkshakes did not come out until after everyone had already paid and boxed their food. Manager refused to do anything, this is the normal. Server was neglectful and rude. My experience with the server was they are very clearly abusing automatic gratuity so why try.
Cleanliness: 4/5 No major issues stood out, a few dirty tables. Nothing notable in a positive way either.
Atmosphere: 4/5 The atmosphere was pleasant, everything original and dated.
Value for money: 1.1/5 Multiple upcharges were added that were not listed on the menu, automatic gratuity totaled $26 even with separate checks, making the experience feel overpriced and frustrating overall. I would not recommend.

Located inside Arizona Mills entrance 2. This 50s style burger joint is ideal if you are looking for a milkshake, burger & sum fries this is the spot. Take a pause from all that amazing shopping and fill your stomach with some tasty Burger meals. The time we went was not that busy, however, I can imagine what this place would be like on a weekend so plan accordingly. Staff was very nice and attentive to our needs. Food was fresh. Ps. Get a double patty, single just felt like I was attempting to be on a burger diet.

I had lunch at the Johnny Rockets inside Arizona Mills, and I want to give a shoutout to our server, Keiyona. She was the only server working the whole restaurant, and even though things got really busy, she still held it down and kept everything moving.
I ordered a meal with fries, shake, and a sandwich without bacon for my daughter and me, but a few pieces of bacon ended up on it by mistake 2x. When I let her know the 2nd time, she got the manager, Chris, right away. They handled it professionally — took it off the bill and made a fresh sandwich.
I could tell she was a little frustrated (understandably, given how busy it was), but she still did her job and made sure things were made right. That kind of effort deserves some recognition.

Searching for food near me and the name seem like a pretty cool place I needed to try, little did I know how pleased I would be with my choice.
Great atmosphere 50’s theme with great employees serving some delicious food.
My first time here so I went with there signature burger the”Original.”
Sooo delicious, as their burgers are a single 1/4 lb. patty made of 100% fresh, never frozen certified angus beef, grilled to perfection and topped with lettuce, tomato, chopped onion, relish, pickles, mustard and mayo.
It’s the relish and angus beef that made my taste buds happy.
For my side I had their sliced onion rings crunchy sourdough breadcrumbs, and they were fantastic!!
Dessert was a peanut butter banana shake. Yeah it was yummy!!
They have flavor shots for your sodas, unfortunately I didn’t try the soda’s with extra flavor shots. After dehydrating in the Arizona desert for a couple days while on vacation I felt water was a good choice. Yes even the water tasted good.
I glad t got the opportunity to taste what made Jonny Rockets famous and look forward to trying all the other yummy food the offer. Check them out if you get the opportunity and have a great time with good food. ✌️

Great service, children were happy, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the bbq ranch bacon burger with chilli cheese fries. They give you the whole container after making the shake so it feels like you get two shakes.

The food was pretty good, nothing too exciting but the flavor was still present. Only ready why I’m docking a star is because the food didn’t really excite.

I cannot believe how much I want to rave about this location. First. My service was amazing. Every employee jumped in and helped. They were upbeat and pleasant and efficient. My food was very fast and good. They now have a gluten-free bun and vegan shakes, including an impossible Burger. Stopped in here to eat as we didn’t want anything from the food court. Our server was really nice, he joked with us and was overall really friendly. Food was pretty good, a little pricey for what it is. A pretty small menu but the store is small so what do you expect. It was clean and had a diner type of feel.
