Stopped in at Wendy’s by Lowe’s in Spartanburg, SC had lunch/dinner! The cashier who took my order was very pleasant! I ordered Taco Salad Small Fries & a Small Strawberry Swirl Frosty! I did not know it came with a Small Bowl of Chili, I was very surprised that it was going to taste good! The food was very good for fast food! The atmosphere was quiet! I watched the employees and they all were very friendly & nice! More than I expected bc back home in Texas most people are rude & has an attitude! Having a pleasant experience here in South Carolina!

I literally find no reason to write reviews on fast food except for this. My order was a chili cup, plain cheese burger (and I clarified by saying just the meat cheese and bun) and spicy nuggets. But the chili cup was half filled, the cheese burger had pickles, ketchup and mustard, and some of my nuggets weren’t even spicy! What ?! Literally never going to this Wendy’s again.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Wendy’s tonight was incredibly upsetting. I am a mother of six, and after a technical error with the app, I was treated with complete disrespect by the manager.
I placed an online order that initially declined, so I ran it again. I checked my husbands bank account and saw I had been charged twice. When I went inside to resolve this, the staff was dismissive, telling me it was just “pending,” even though the funds were already pulled from my account.
Because I was ordering for a family of eight, I knew it was a lot of food. I felt bad for the large order and told the staff, “I am so sorry [for the large order].”
Before I could even finish my sentence, the manager snapped at me: ” No, you’re really not”
I was shocked. I was trying to be polite and mindful of their workload, and she chose to be hostile and insulting. When she realized she had crossed the line, she tried to backtrack and claim she meant I “shouldn’t” be sorry, but her tone was clear. She even offered to help carry my food to the car afterward, but after being insulted, I didn’t want her help.
I understand being short-staffed is stressful, but mocking a polite customer for the size of their order is unacceptable. Another customer in the lobby even mentioned the same manager had been rude to her in the drive-thru. Between the double charge and the manager’s attitude, this was a terrible experience.

I placed a mobile order, and when I got to the drive-through, I could barely hear the people speaking. I figured it was just because it was rainy so I just drove around assuming that they heard me. When I got to the window I was handed my drink and then told to pull forward to receive my food at the railing outside. I waited long enough to be able to make a phone call that lasted about five minutes and then decided it had been a while and multiple cars had gone through so I called the store. I was very polite and mentioned that I had been pulled forward waiting on an order for at least 6 minutes now and just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t forgotten about. The response I was given was “they’ll bring your food out when it’s ready ma’am.“ In a very rude and short way. Not 10 seconds later out walks my food. It’s not hot, I did not receive a straw, and I am missing an item. At this point, it’s not even worth it to go ask about my missing item because frankly, I did not want to deal with any attitude, which I had already received.. I never have perfect customer service from this place, but this was just a little ridiculous.

Where do I begin ? Lets start with saying this. The older worker today actually told an older gentleman that she could not take his order because she is too busy. He clearly could not use the self kiosk. Poor guy was utterly in shock. His hands were trembling. He clearly could not use the kiosk. It took us 30 min just to get 2 sandwiches. No apology. I expected a better experience at a fast food place.

With so much ppl working behind the desk and only me in the restaurant and no line in the drive through I’m blown away by how SLOW they work. After getting the food I took to the car and passed out the food to family and all 3 bacon egg and cheese biscuits did not have cheese and were on a bun!!

This Wendy’s is very well managed. The workers there at the time were very kind and helpful. I went to order at the kiosk and the gentleman at the cash register offered to take my order. He was very helpful as was everyone else there. The food was fresh and correct, the store was clean and updated. And they have the nice window room that’s Wendy’s use to have! Would recommend.

Every time I place a mobile order you make me pull forward and wait. While getting everyone behind me out. I dont make complicated orders and it takes the same time to cook the food as it would if I ordered at the drive thru so why am I being made to wait? Been here for 20 mins already

Asked for fresh nuggets and fries they were warm. Don’t waste your money go somewhere else . Nuggets didn’t even look good they had stuff coming out of them . I made sure to trash the whole meal.

Prefacing this to say I work in the service sector myself and know how hard it is. Just got back with my order after waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru. Staff was short and impolite, did not give me my receipt so I could not make a survey. Food was missing, namely the fries with my combo. I was waiting for approximately 10 minutes at the window before the server even took my card. My drink order was incorrect and they did not have a drink carrier despite me having 4 drinks. Not only that, but after checking the burger, they did not even get the burger order right. Instead of a baconator, I received a Dave’s triple. Overwhelmingly poor experience and I expected better.
Edit: I went back in and they remade the baconator and fries.
