Ordered the new Chicken Bacon chalupa box, paid extra for guacamole for my chips. Received my box, with no drink. Guacamole not even half full, and is already brown. Plus chalupas are apparently mini chalupas for the same price as full chalupas. When I finally was able to wave down a worker to get my drink cup I was given attitude.

When getting my taco supremes home, they were completely soaked and even acted like a glue to the paper and tearing trying to open. The tacos fell apart and were soggy. Inedible and put right in the trash. Almost $4 a taco now too. Rediculous. See picture

After trying these new street tacos at a different location I found out they were so delicious and me and my son decided we wanted some more so we stopped here despite them previously messing up multiple orders in the past and today they messed up so bad. I don’t even know how you can mess up this bad There’s no meat. What a total joke. Will not be coming to this location ever again. So nice to get all the way home and see this sad excuse for a taco. *** UPDATE*** immediately after I took my son to another location and you can see for yourself the GIGANTIC difference! Yes we were at 3 Taco Bell’s today.

Not sure what happened to this location, Used to have a great experience but I can no longer recommend this Taco Bell. Had my friend pick me up the NEW Grande Nachos with Chicken. Once received at home to me, it was missing MOST of what was supposed to come on it – like Three cheese blend, Pico de Gallo, guacamole and sour cream. Instead I received something that looked so plain, so disgusting and was COLD I couldn’t even eat it. View photos for what I SHOULD have received and the monstrosity of what I got.

Refused me service just because I didn’t wanna talk to the AI and the guy at the drive through was making fun of me for some reason…? Had problems here before as well, one time they were closed for a half hour because they were “counting change” even tho we were paying with card.

I came to pick a DoorDash order up and they literally had no one in the line and asked me to pull forward to the double doors cool. Mind you no one on the drive thru but for some reason it took 20mins after I left the drive thru to get the customers order terrible service and you have a lot of young kids working that need to be trained better this is terrible. There were people with no uniforms on with no hairnets all around my food the food took forever too get done the store wasn’t even busy and this store was ridiculous. I will not be returning too this establishment any further the store was dirty the foods cold yet took forever.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
