Went inside for take-out and recieved terrible service. At the time I ordered there was maybe one car in the drive through and one other person inside who ordered seconds before I did. This person received their food in like 2 minutes. I didn’t receive mine for ten minutes because the drive through suddenly got busy 5 minutes after I ordered. They need to learn to treat their people inside with the same decency. Other Taco Bells have faster service dine-in than this one ever has. There was one time I waited for half an hour. Not acceptable.

Looking through other reviews, not opening and closing as indicated seems to be common, even for closing time. Along with blocking off the drive through. Therefore I’m lowering my rating to 1 star until they improve or provide a reasonable explanation. It’s almost as if they don’t want business anymore.
If there is an issue with the store such as lack of staff or anything, they have a responsibility to communicate with customers if they cannot provide usual service. A simple sign would have sufficed.
If they don’t have a good reason for it, they need to shape up.

This is one of my preferred Taco Bell locations as it’s been recently remodeled and they are generally hassle free with ordering and receiving food.
The lobby is very clean most of the time and staff is friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility is available at the northern entrance.
The food is prepared well and I haven’t had anyone mess up the order at this location yet.
However I’m a bit of a stickler with a business’ honesty when it comes to opening and closing times. I recently went at opening time as posted online and their doors were locked. The time posted on the door was the same as online. I decided to wait 20 minutes and nothing.
So I tried going through drive through and that was blocked off as well. There was an employee sweeping in the drive through.
I left and went to the next closest Taco Bell and they were open.

I’m a little biased as I love Taco Bell in general, but this location has been a great spot to stop for lunch. They’ve been really good about getting my order out and correct and typically have the lobby decorated with holidays. The staff have always been really friendly and helpful at this location.

Everytime I go and get taco bell for my daughter the kids there are always supper friendly and my order is always correct and hot. The guy at the window Trinidad always has a supper positive and happy attitude.

Where the beef dam we pay alot for there and all we get is Lettuce, I will find some other place like del taco at least you don’t have to thing about what you get. Sad sad
