I went right at lunch time thinking everything would be nice and hot and fresh. The fries and the chicken nuggets were not hot they were barely lukewarm. Those are the fries had no seasoning. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This was the first McDonald’s I’ve gone to where you cannot access the drink machine or ketchup or salt or pepper on your own. You have to ask them at the front for anything you might need and they seem far too busy to assist.

I know I know.. reviewing a McDonald’s is wild behavior. But.. the employees are aware everyone in the dinning area can hear them back there right? I would suggest some music in the lobby or make sure the employees arent talking about their sex life.. yikes

Customer service in the drive thru is awful. Specific at the second window. I drove up an said hello and the work just grunted at me. Headed me drinks and said go to stall 1 and pointed, then shut the window on me, mid sentence. My 4 year old asked “why were they so rude”. Gave 2 stars because the general manager happened bring my food out and apologized.

Great large restaurant. Freshly upgraded. Mostly automated kiosks. Small tables. No lobby fountain machine for refills. Drive-thru is long and moves quick. The restaurant is clean and functions really well. Restrooms are clean too. Great spot.

I went there for a chocolate shake. They gave me a vanilla shake with tons of chocolate syrup and not even stirred. It made the shake super runny.

Just went through the drive through after a long day, we ordered 2 happy meals and a cheeseburger. All 3 burgers came without patties and the fries are cold and soggy. The kids meals also didn’t have the chocolate milks.

Absolutely awful. Took my nephew for breakfast. They forgot half my order. Went there again for drinks, since I could get free medium fries. They took my code and argued with me at the window saying they never received it, despite showing them it had been used. Do better. I’ve been going here for years due to the convenience and 1/4 times my order is always messed up.

Final edit: I ordered the same thing today (chicken strips with honey and ranch) and they once again gave me cold food and honey mustard instead of honey. That’s it for me; I’ll go to one of the many other restaurants on this road from now on.
Edit: the manager of the restaurant reached out, apologized, and invited me to give them another chance. He states that he will be working with his team to address the issues that I and others have had. I will stop by soon and update my review.
Food has been cold the last few times I have ordered here. I watched the cashier refill the ice in the soft drink machine while my stomach growled. I sat quietly as my bag of food stared back at me, open on the counter to get cold. I paid extra to add two packets of honey to my order and received two packets of HONEY MUSTARD! Went in to grab the items they forgot to put inside the bag i wanted for 30 minutes upfront of the lobby just to get passed by the other employees working no one asked me for what i needed i tried to get many people’s attention but they all just walked by me like i didn’t exist, food is often times messed up as well even as simple as no pickles theirs 3 on the burger and you would think they could have proper training or just read the item but clearly they only care about doing the lest amount of work.
