Very clean Burger King. Seems well run. Freestyle soda machine. The usual Burger King food. Decent size in there so there’s a good amount of tables. Centrally located on business 17 near shopping and activities.

Had a $60 online order literally every item was incorrect aside from the fries. Everything myself and my family was allergic to that I specifically requested to have removed from every burger was thrown on top with a pile of condiments to where the bread was soaked and wasn’t even edible. Not to mention looks like someone took a bite out of my burger. A threw the whole order away.

30 minute wait in the drive thru today, where every car had a long wait not just one bug order backing things up. Guy at the window was rude. It took several times telling them what our order was supposed to be. Drinks were watery because they had been sitting the whole time while we waited and everything but the fries was cold.
AND they added the round-up donation without asking. 48¢ isnt a big deal, but doing it without asking or confirming is sleezy.

I had an interaction with Alexa today. It was honestly one of those busy days that I just didn’t want to cook. And sometimes when you are having a crazy day it takes 1 person to show kindness to make things better. Alexis was so pleasant from start to finish. I wish everyone was like her. Just the kindness in her voice was enough to make anyone smile. Thank you Alexa. Oh and the food was pretty awesome too

First of all when I walked in I stand there for like 5 minutes while one of the employees name Ny’Asha was flirting and talking to another employee on the back line. Both just talked like I wasn’t standing there waiting. I had to yell excuse me just to get her attention. Then she wanted to act like she have an attitude because I had to get her attention. A because I asked for a handle bag and a two hole cup holder. Then Mr. Berry came over & assisted me because I asked what was her attitude for it’s her job to get me what I ask for. Then when I finally got my food everything was cold. The burger was cold & old that the cheese wasn’t even melted. The fries and onion rings was cold. The only thing that was good was the signature lemonade.

Service was so bad. Girl didn’t want to be there and she has zero problem making it known. When I found the place in google map I said to my wife “Well, this place has a 2.9 star rating so here’s hoping.” They certainly lived up to their rating.
Food was made with zero care, fries half full, burger made with less than the normal amount of appropriate contents.
Just keep going. Put this place out of business.

Would give zero stars if able me & my family went New Year’s Eve put two mobile orders in one at 8:25 & the other 8:30 we got there at 8:35 sat at the speaker for the longest time then we pulled up to see two workers running to the back to hide we sat at the window knocked still nothing keep in mind they don’t close until 9 we went to drive off then they come back out at this point we just want our money back my wife went & knocked on the door the women with the blue braids said they’re closed my wife put 9 fingers up showing they close at 9 she didn’t care that lady needs to be fired ! I will never go back here again & recommend you don’t either !

Just left and will never be back Ms. Dee came in hollering cussing being nasty to the customers and employees after I had waited I stepped to the door to ask my husband a quick question she hollered my number before I could turn around she screams going once going twice she proceeds to toss my bag to the cashier who was very sweet by the way. Especially after Dee hollered at her. You can tell by the picture how they were tossed

I would not recommend this Burger King to anyone. There were flies dead on the windows and on the tables. There was drink spilled all over the floor and water was dripping from the ceiling on to us while we were eating. And there was no air conditioning and they were out of a lot of food and after we ordered they would not refund our money. I would give them an F in grading. I have posted pictures so you can see what kind of a disaster the place is in.

Went to this store on March 4, 2026. After standing at the counter for about a minute, the female employees working the counter, finally stopped their conversation with the cooking staff and stated, “we don’t have any burgers today”. They turned away several customers while I was in the store. How does Burger King not have any burgers for the entire day? Poor, poor encounter at this location, 501 Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC.
