Came in from DC and my first time here! WOW! Blown away by the service from Keegan -(hope I’m spelling it accurately) along with Angel. The bruschetta along with the charcuterie and awesome wine happy hour specials blew my mind!!!! Even gave me some Prosecco for a reasonable price. Their menu is fantastic and you can tell that their cooking staff cares about the product they deliver. Great ambiance and I will return my next trip home. Keegan is an asset. Thank you for the superior customer service!!!!!!

Party of 4 for dinner. 40 minute wait for a Monday night because we did not make reservations.
We did the bruschetta and a bottle of wine special.
We ordered the meatballs and goat cheese, Nicks Board, meat skewers, hot donut dots, and the brownie. We could have passed on the brownie. Otherwise, all was good. Service was great!
Restroom and entire dining area was clean and well maintained.

First time here and I was drawn in by the Prosciutto & Brie Panini Pick Two option and the Crispy Cauliflower I saw online. I ordered both along with the Caesar salad, Potato & leak soup of the moment & Cucumber Honey Lemonade and loved every single bit of aaalll of it! If I had to nitpick and give one critique… I wanted the Caesar dressing to have more punch from either garlic or anchovies. Otherwise, I the flavors, portions, combinations, cook, thoughtfulness put into every item was perfection. (Note: Entrance is located directly across from Bakuden Ramen – GPS took me to the backside of the restaurant.)

I had an exquisite time at Postino at The Rim. The food, atmosphere, and pricing were all amazing. However, it was the service that made this my new favorite brunch spot. It was just my girlfriend and I today and there was no wait at all. Our waitress, Hattie, was outstanding: polite, great sense of humor, and just a ray of sunshine. She made this experience a 10/10. I am so excited to go to Postino at The Rim again because it sincerely feels close to a second home with how warm and welcoming the staff is.

I recently went and had an amazing experience!! food was great environment was great, but what made it better was the service! Multiple servers stopped by to make sure we were okay. Alicia, Josh, and Ivana, and Blake were so nice and the bartenders Aiden and Jona were amazing and Manager Raul was great too! Can’t wait to go back for the happy hour !

I’ve been to the other postinos location at san antonio and loved my experience so I decided to bring a friend tonight. Sad to say Alicia gave us bad/mediocre service. I came as a walk in and I could see there probably weren’t many servers on the floor but i regretted not going to the bar. She was lovely at first but i noticed when she received new tables she completely forgot about us. As you can see in my picture we hadn’t received water for over an HOUR and on top of that we had to ask another kind man to get it. A group of her friends walked in and I noticed she was very quick to take them to the beautiful couch and give them waters and drinks. Once my friend asked for her waters she straight up ignored us. I saw her rotating to her other tables frequently so I knew she was able to tend to us. At about 11:30 my male friend came to join us and she again immediately gave only him a water and wine before she asked us if we needed anything, this was before we had received out first water. I understand we look young but we ordered food and were expecting a better experience, maybe next time i’d love to talk to her more!

Celebrated my best friend’s birthday at Postino, our server, Keegan, was superb! His customer service skills are phenomenal! And he ensured the birthday dinner was a success. We got so lucky with tonight. Will definitely be back to again! Thank you!

10/10 food i love the goat cheese
meatballs, and the west coast panini with the side salad. staff is super attentive and friendly, and my server aidan was AMAZING at his job, also very funny. GO AIDAN!!! i love going on mondays or tuesdays for board and bottle!! super great deal!! thank you postino <3
