I’m so sad. I used to love Sonic. I think this is our second time visiting this specific location and I guess for good reason. It is so hard to get a good meal at Sonic anymore but now it’s just getting to the point where the food is literally inedible. Tonight I placed a $58 order for the family and the onion rings were inedible and if you don’t believe me look at the pictures. I had a measly few onion rings that were burnt to nothing. My child’s chicken tenders were small, pathetic and so over cooked she could barely bite them. Like fried chicken jerky. I don’t know why Sonic changed their fries AGAIN but this time they’re awful. They’re so greasy and hard, more like greasy chip sticks than fries. I’m so sad

Ordered two *plain* double cheeseburgers and got home only to realize both were made completely wrong — loaded with ketchup, mustard, and pickles. When I went to scrape it off, one of the patties looked *half-eaten*. Absolutely disgusting. Ended up throwing the food away. Not acceptable. Gross!

Not sure where to begin, so let’s start with service. When you are working the console to interact and take orders you probably shouldn’t be pissed off or depressed. The young man that took my order showed annoyance and anger at my questions. Then he cut me off and acted like I was dumb because I suggested that even though I got the food I ordered I thought I was under charged and wanted to make sure I paid for what I ordered.
Secondly, I ordered something a little different than normal, coconut cream pie shake. At my home town sonic, this is an easy request and they make it quickly and delicious. This was not the case here. They squirted the coconut flavor in the bottom then put the shake on top. The graham cracker was so minimal I might have gotten 3 crumbs. When I took my first drink it was literally straight syrup. I had to mix it by hand, with a straw because I didn’t have a spoon and then I realized it didn’t have enough flavor or graham crackers to make it like I had requested. My wife’s order was ok and she was content, although her cherry slush also didn’t have sufficient flavor and her syrup was barely mixed and she also had to hand stir hers to spread the syrup.

We went here today. Ordered at a stall. The screen was black the entire time, so I have no idea if our order looked correct or what the total cost came out to. I didn’t care that much, I trusted that he listened to my order correctly. But then after ordering, we waited about 10 minutes. Which was weird and seemed like a while since there was no other cars in the drive-thru line and barely any cars in the stalls (maybe 1 or 2) next to us so I thought it was weird to be waiting as long as we did without anyone collecting any payment or anything. I pressed the button again to ask if I needed to pay ahead or anything or if there’s an issue and they confirmed no, they’ll just collect my money with my food being delivered. Then we waited another 10 to 15 minutes, the worker came out and asked if I was paying with cash, I said yes, he then went inside again and never came back out to give us our food or collect payment. We literally only ordered two medium slushies and two corn dogs. We left without paying or without any of our food. Sad, cause I was genuinely craving a dang corn dog. Will not be back to this location on Williams Field & Val Vista. That was horrible lol.

The man at the window/drive-thru wasn’t that great. He got our order wrong and also made all of our drinks the same exact drink when we clarified what we wanted for each drink. He messed up a burger that we ordered and once again, we had to clarify it. It also took a while to give us our food when in reality, it was barely any thing. Yet, when we brought the burger to my house, it was the completely wrong burger. We ordered ketchup and he actually have us ketchup! The food was still pretty good and it looked clean all around the building.

I’ve been to this location a few times now, each with the hope that the next time will be better than the last. Always rude employees at this location. Staff is always annoyed to help customers, and never are friendly. Dirty everytime we’ve come.
Takes about 20 minutes to just make two shakes. There was no chocolate in either of our shakes however, there was chocolate syrup smeared on the outside of our cups? I’m really sad cuz I used to really like their shakes and I think the half-price deal is awesome.

Parked at a spot to try to order. Waited 5 mins with no response. Go through the drive through to order and wait over 15 mins. Mind you we are the first car to order. Drive off with our food and realize part of our order is missing. Try to tell someone but there’s no way to talk to anyone without going through the drive through again which has like 4 cars in it now. If you’re hungry, go elsewhere.

1. Crispy chicken sandwich was not cooked fully.
2. Smash burgers was thrown in the container, an absolute mess in the container. Asked for no onion, add green chilies, well, got onions and no green chilies. 3. Ordered a pretzel and mozzarella sticks, received no marinara sauce or cheese for either.
4. Ordered chicken nuggets and asked for bbq dipping sauce, they wanted to charge for it, said no sauces come with chicken nuggets…. that’s insane.
All these issues were from just 1 visit and 1 order.
STAY AWAY from this location until the owner hires new people, everyone from the food cooking, food prep, assembly, and ordering was a disaster.

Never have had a wrong order here. The food itself isn’t 5 stars, but the price for what you get is 10 stars. The workers are usually very friendly and willing to fix any issues or answer any questions, and honestly until I pulled in I forgot this childhood staple of mine!
