Well, I am sitting here waiting for my family meal to be cooked, after they gave it to another person. I called an hour before coming to pick it up and they are still not getting it. I have been here for about an hour and nothing.
I guess the food is good, but the customer service they provide is far worse than you think. I am giving it two stars because of the fact that they got the food messed up.
I might give them one more star if they give me my order right now.
I still see that they are confused with the order of other customers.
Update: They even charged me twice for the order. I paid for the order that I picked up and they also charged me for the same order that was supposed to be delivered at my door. It is insane. I called customer service and they told me to call the delivery company. But my card states that Bob Evans got my money.

Start with the most honest waitress/ greeter/ server….tells us “ we have no clean utensils, no whip cream for the caramel mocha and the manager is cooking.” Ps….the take out order got the rest of the biscuits so we don’t have anymore to go with your sausage gravy. We are so done, fork with gravy and recooked biscuits. Why is this place still open…..literally no customers.

The food was not good my partners meal was served cold and it was a supposed to be hot. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken received cut up old fried chicken and the salad tasted like it came out of the freezer. The banana bread served was not completely cooked all the way through. And why was there a dust pan and broom sitting directly across from our booth during the whole meal. Stay away from this place not good.

First time at this location a day before my birthday. First time at any Bob Evans actually but it took awhile to be acknowledged when I came into the restaurant then once seated, I waited for like 30 minutes and watched others who came in after me be waited on. It’s as if I was a ghost or something ♀️ my dad came in and so I left having never ordered a thing. I am highly disappointed with this experience considering how I am always buying Bob Evans mashed potatoes and mac n cheese from my local supermarkets.

Everything was great! I went for breakfast and ordered the blueberry pancakes w/ regular bacon and side of buttery grits. It was fantastic and cooked to perfection. Bathroom were cleaned and stocked. The server was very attentive and friendly. He continously came to over which was great. I enjoyed the pumpkin pie at the end I was able to purchase at the mini store at checkout . 5 Bob evans! WORST EVER service at the BOWIE Bob Evans. Every time our family has been there the servers are extremely slow and they don’t care. They all have the same facade as if they’re trained every morning to practice the “Princess Syndrome” persona before the doors are open fir business!
This last visit (Saturday mid afternoon crew) there was an older, slim, woman that waited on us. She was very unkept and very dirty. Long sharply pointed fingernails that were extremely dingie and dirty brown and black nails (dirt).
Two things:
1) Server had a very dirty unclean appearance
2) Service was slow (from the simple timing to BRING OUR DRINKS (water!!!) to getting our food.
Next time we go to Bob Evans in Bowie, we’re going to:
1) Order online for “Pickup”
2) Get our seat inside the restaurant and wait for our to-go order to be ready and
3) Pick up our to-go order and take it back to the table.
4) And bring our own drinks.
Yes, it is that bad!

Overall, the experience at Bob Evans was good. Truly, it is nothing special, but the food is pretty good. Personally, I think Bob Evans needs a makeover and an upgrade.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. I ordered the Big Wrangler. The biscuits were fine, but the gravy was cold and tasted really off. The eggs came out scrambled instead of over medium. The bacon was great, but the hashbrowns tasted like cooked vegetable oil. Literally couldn’t taste anything else, and one bite coated my whole mouth. Also, our server didn’t know what white milk was. Offered us vanilla. The staff were arguing and a couple of times even yelled at each other. despite the restaurant being almost empty, service was slow. We were not offered anything for our troubles. We ate very little, paid, and left. I would not recommend.

This was the worst food I have ever had. It took them 45 minutes to bring out the food and there were only two other people in the restaurant. The food was old cold and hard. Do Not Come Here!!! The service was horrible. This is a warning. If you go there and get awful food and bad service don’t be surprised.
