The fact that I ordered for my kid at 6:11 PM and was told to drive to lane 1, but nobody ever came out, is very diabolical. I had to go inside and didn’t get my order until 6:40, which is even crazier because the drive-thru, which is usually busy, was not. Thankfully, the manager gave me my order after a few more minutes, but this is the second issue I’ve had in a two-week period. For the first time in a long time I stopped in for breakfast. It was 7:26 a.m. Dec 1. It wasn’t busy. My service went like this, me, “do you offer senior discounts?” Cashier, “Only for coffee.” Me, “ok, I’ll have a sausage and egg biscuit with a senior coffee please.” Cashier, “$4.64”. The order was filled and then put on the counter. I picked up the order, walked to a window table, sat down and ate my breakfast. On my way out, I walked to the counter and requested a coffee refill then left.
The same person waited on me from entering to exiting. The cashier/hostess, 1. never made eye contact, 2. she never acknowledged my presents with a greeting, 3. she never asked if my order was take-out or dine-in, 4. she never provided me with a reciept, 5. When I requested the refill, she grabbed the cup, refilled it, only half way, then she sat the cup back in front of me quickly turning away with the same attituded displayed from beginning to end.
The issue is this, here is massive global company with 43,000 restaurants serving the world. I do not understand why McDonalds on Wayne Memorial Drive in Goldsboro, NC has a frontline customer service associate responsible for greeting customers as if she’s never been trained in basic customer courtesy. Despicable!

The lady that took our order was very short with us. I get that it’s fast food, but still. We get to the window and we’re immediately told to pull up (we ordered the two cheeseburger meal with a large sweet tea and an order of fries). Took about five minutes for our order to come out. It was the wrong order and we didn’t receive our drink. My husband decided to go inside to get it. He’s still in there…..

I bought a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and the biscuit appeared to be done but when you eat it it tasted still somewhat undone. And they charged me for a hash brown that they forgot to put in the bag. Never again.

The service is poor they will leave out items short change you. They have rigged the receipt printers to leave numbers and the qr survey codes off so you can’t get points later or complain.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s everyone is extremely slow and I don’t ever get my food right EVER how ppl hate so much on the subway right beside it but then you got fast food places like this place atlease you get faster service at subway and you see your food being made so there isn’t a getting it wrong without it being corrected McDonalds just sucks in all honesty doesn’t matter if you go inside or the drive thru your getting slow service and always running a 50/50 gamble of getting what you paid for does have a kids play area tho if that helps ig

My wife and son went there recently to get a drink and a slushie. There was literally trash in the bottom of the cup for the slushie. Called the location and the manager only offered to replace it. Like it was no big deal. I asked for a GM to contact me and I also called the owners of the franchise which is
Chapman Family Enterprise. Of course no one has called me back. Also, if you send in a complaint to McDonald’s. You never hear back from them either. Complete lack of respect and concern for customers health and business from the local restaurant, GM, owners of the franchise and the McDonald’s corporation.
