Complemented Chef Jamal who cooked such an exceptional Hot honey Salmon, recommended by our server Shea (great server). Will definitely be back!

I decided to try something for brunch that I’ve never had, never heard of… The Poached egg Flatbread… It was the most AMAZING combination of flavors EVER! I live almost to Lake City and I would make that drive again and again for that item alone! Definitely FIVE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Great place! HIGHLY recommended! Greatest compliments to the chef!!!

Food is always very good, but you better like chicken. Last visit we had 6 people and everyone enjoyed their meals, from a wedge salad, various chicken sandwiches to a fantastic eggs Benedict. Wait staff was the same as it always is … Fantastic and fun. Atmosphere has a very nice modern feel, but can be loud.

Great food and drinks at Coop 303. The roof patio was covered and had fans to keep us comfortable on a hot summer afternoon. Tried the white wine sangria, loaded tots, coastal side salad, and fried chicken with Mac n cheese. Very filling and tasty! Friendly service!

Nice restaurant at the beach that offers valet parking. The service was pretty good. The restaurant was clean, we went on a Saturday for brunch.
The chicken sandwich was OK as the chicken breast was a little dry for my liking. The tater tots was the best.
The shrimp appetizer was not the best as it had a sweet taste, and I was looking for more of a spice.
My friend got the French toast and chicken on the side. She enjoyed her French toast and chicken.
They have seating indoors and outdoor which is nice.

Great steaks for the price point. We brought our own personal bottle of wine and were surprised by a $40 corkage fee because the hostess mentioned it was $25. But overall, great experience and Gage, our waiter, was excellent. Definitely recommend. PS – our corkage fee per the final bill was lowered to $25…

My girlfriend and I had never been here before and were excited to try it out. We went to the upstairs lounge and took a seat at the bar. We looked at the bar menu as we waited to be greeted…which never happened! We sat in awe as the bartender (Steph) clearly saw us but never once acknowledged or greeted us. However, she had plenty of time to dance to the music.
We were very well dressed and ready to spend money. I will also add that we are both bartenders and have been in the industry for over 20 years. What an absolute disgrace to not greet your customers especially in a classy place like this…she (Steph) had an attitude about her, and I guess expected us to flag her down. Time to get some new staff that actually cares.
We went across the street to Hawkers where we were promptly greeted with enthusiasm and a huge smile! The service, food and drinks were AMAZING! A couple sitting next to us asked where we came from and we told them, they then asked if they should check it out to which we gave a resounding ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Coop 303 Owners/Management, please keep in mind that word travels fast….especially when you have a negative experience. Please hire professionals who understand and practice above and beyond customer service!

i have to be honest, i had really high hopes for the restaurant as i’ve seen it on jacksonville best eats pages, etc. unfortunately my experience here just wasn’t what i expected and was extremely lack luster…i went with a friend and upon arrival there was no one at the host stand and we waited around 5 minutes before someone asked if we had been helped to which we said no and then were seated. (keep in mind, there was only 2 other tables seated on the main floor) we ordered two drinks, a firecracker margarita and a kentucky mule. i can handle spice very well and the margarita legitimately tasted like hot sauce. it was to the point where i could not enjoy it. the kentucky mule was filled with chunks of ginger and also almost undrinkable. we did not finish either of our drinks. the loaded tater tots for appetizer honestly weren’t bad and probably the highlight of the entire meal. moving on to our entrees, we got the french toast cuban monte cristo. sounded good on paper, but in practice i don’t think so. there were so many flavors going on it was impossible to enjoy as well. i took one bite of the sandwich and put it to the side. my friend ate half of a half, before putting it to the side. our server came to check on us all of 2 times for the hour we were there. this is the first time i’m never gotten a to-go box. the server did ask why and we honestly felt bad but explained everything to her and she advised she was going to speak to her manager. while we didn’t ask for anything to be taken off our bill, the manager gave us 50% off of the sandwich (that i didn’t eat) and we still ended up with a $70 bill. i’m not expecting anything from this review but, waited a few days to be a little more level headed before writing this. we love trying food spots in jax, but this is one place we will most likely not go back to

Been here twice. Most recently for a swanky, sexy, elegant, 40th birthday PARTAY! It was fantastic! From the decor, the service, the food, the ambiance, everything was first rate. Not only that but the owners were there and they were greeting guests and making sure that all of the guests were taken care of. IMO, this is the best service for upscale patrons that you will find in NE Florida. What was really nice is we were upstairs, outside and they had wind protection and heaters so the temperature was completely controlled. If you want an upscale private party for 20-60 guests, I highly recommend this place! (And the food was fantastic and service was FAST and FRIENDLY!) Great job! We were so happy to be invited!!

We love Coop 303 not just for the delicious food and relaxing vibe, but for the exceptional service. Gabriel, our waiter on more than one visit, is always so incredibly thoughtful and kind, and it’s evident just how much he enjoys making each visit special for his guests at the table. We appreciate his work ethic and delightful personality. Mason, our bartender, is also top-notch. Thanks, Coop 303, for being a favorite of ours. We always look forward to returning.
