It’s chicken (Edit: This is NOT chicken, this is pure elephant laxatives! I’m lactose intolerant and never and I mean NEVER have I had to unleash the floodgates in the way that occurred shortly after consuming this, keep in mind chicken is not dairy, I was fighting for my life on the 30 minute drive home, foot pressed up against the floor, hand holding on the top handle for dear life. Whimpering, clenching, groaning, screaming, biting my finger. I finally figured out what it is like to deliver a baby. What had to experience was far past torture, rather that of a war crime. Only go here if you find pleasure in pain & suffering.

Location is not my favorite, but the brother there tries to get things done, and the food isn’t bad there at all. He may come off as rude to some, but if you are doing everything solo and drive-thru packed and in store, customers also, then you get a pass like food still fresh and man holding it down.

I don’t know what happened to this so called “manager” at this location for her to have such a nasty attitude on a fine Friday evening but I came to this location last night excited to try Church’s chicken for the FIRST TIME and was ordering the family meal deal. I casually asked her at the drive thru window as I was completing my order, “what were the sides again?”. Normally, an employee at a fast food restaurant would KINDLY reiterate the FEW sides that the menu does have. But no. This manager at this location, whatever her name is, proceeds to tell me how I need to read the menu right in front of me. Fair, but not coming from a manager who is supposed to be portraying proper customer service. I explained how I literally couldn’t see the print as it was too small/far because I don’t have the best eye sight, still, being kind to her. She proceeds to tell me she refuses to tell me the sides & argue back and forth with me about how she’s working the shift by herself. Shouldn’t any manager know the total of maybe 5 sides by heart? Regardless. Terrible customer service overall from this manager. I understand being overwhelmed working alone, however I don’t understand unsolicited disrespect. Someone needs to do something about her nasty mouth her or teach her how to treat guests. Disgusting!!!

I went here for lunch today with my coworker and the Manager by the Name Gillian or like he said Mr G was the most rudest and the most disrespectful Man I ever met in my life. I asked for hot chicken because my chicken was not hot at all and proceeded to tell me that the chicken is fresh and he can give me my money back. With the most nasty attitude I really didn’t understand what his problem was if you don’t like your Job Mr G you should get another one. Church’s shame on you for having a person like this in charge of your establishment because he’s definitely incompetent and doesn’t have any customer service or Class.

I placed my order at the drive-thru, pulled up to the window to pay and had to wait for a long time. I finally got my food, paid and pulled in a parking spot to check the order. It wasn’t right so i ended up going inside. I didn’t get everything i ordered, told the cashier up front and she had a very NASTY ATTITUDE. I don’t understand why restaurants have people working with the public and they have BAD attitudes. I don’t recommend that location to anyone. I will never go back to that location.

(Warning)do not eat here,Oh my God where do I start,I ordered 3piece dinner,I get down street the street they gave me a apple pie,haitian guy with dreds,said I told him one apple pie,,ok how did that one apple pie c ost 13 dollars,the manager sitting at the counter with the moneybag,a customer say you shouldn’t do that in this neighborhood,then a guy asked her,how you wash your hands no water,,she told him get out,she counted that dirty money,no gloves then started fixing the food,so I’m advising the owners,fire this whole staff,get a new clean staff,this restaurant is filled with attitudes & germs….I will never go to anymore churches because of this one ever….go to Popeyes… It’s somewhat safer
