I went through the drive-through and ordered this filet-of-fish sandwich. It cost $4.79. The guy who took my order mumbled and looked completely miserable to have to be there. When I opened the box, I thought it was a joke. I thought there’s no way McDonald’s could be seriously serving me this tiny 3 inch sandwich. McDonald’s has become a pathetic joke. I feel so ripped off. As you can see in the photo, my car key is literally bigger than the entire sandwich. I will never eat at McDonald’s again.

This “hot fudge” sundae (zero hot fudge) was sad and pathetic. Next time I’ll go elsewhere.

Good location, food was hot and “fresh” – no grinch meals available

Good food at decent prices. Curbside delivery works very well. Lately, I tend towards the Value Menu (double cheeseburger and 6 piece mcnuggets). Occasionally, I add a drink or an ice cream cone.to the order. Once in a while I change up with a quarter pounder with cheese.

This is the one of the nicest McDonalds that I have been to. It might even be the best looking Mcdonalds in the Dallas area and that might not be an overstatement. The inside is styled like an upscale bar lounge and there is also the coffee bar which is styled nicely too. The appearance of this store is the main reason I am giving a 5 rating. The chairs even have cushions. I have never seen this in other McDonald’s that I have been to.

Mixed opinions for this location. It seems as if this is a special or flagship location. The architecture and interior is beautiful and unique. Unfortunately the upkeep and service don’t match the appearance. Even though the play area is closed 3 times a day. It still has soot and grime that is still present. We ordered food on the mobile app and entered our table number to be delivered to the table. After waiting 15 minutes I approached the counter and our food was sitting there getting cold. I asked why the food wasn’t delivered they stated the table number 120 doesn’t exist. (See my picture). So here we are.. cold food and not the experience we were expecting from such a nice location. **Edit. I forgot to mention: Every hand sanitizer station is empty and the soap dispenser in the men’s rest room was empty.

3 Stars for this location, all based on its super updated modern decor and layout. They have a separate coffee bar section with fresh pastries/croissants and it has its own register. All kinds of seating, even leather-like throw pillows for getting comfy. The bathroom, though dirty and needing attention, was cool because of how you dry your hands, see pic. Also, PARENTS! The changing table pulls down longways instead of sideways and another plus…they have rash cream, wipes etc. in case you forgot them or don’t want to go out to the car.
The bad:
Ran out of sweet tea so I couldn’t refill and
within 5 minutes after I was finished eating, a mgr. walked to me and said “We’re closing”. It was actually 22 minutes till closing. I was done and really didn’t mind to be on my way, but walking up to someone who bought food and suggestively kicking them out by saying “we’re closing” when it’s not actually closing time is bad management and poor customer relations. How bout, “We’re trying to clean up for closing, will you be done soon?”
Daily funny…”Thank you for choosing McDonald’s….now get out!”

For many years, I used to bring my children here and had a wonderful time when it was a “jungle” theme playground. The “modern “new playground is absolute crap compared to the previous playground that had character. No wonder there aren’t kids here anymore. Plus the crumbs/smear marks in the seats and on tables. Clearly everything‘s being wiped down with filthy rags. Will not bother wasting my time here again.

The manager Jesus is absolutely on top of things. My order was stolen at the drive thru by some guys who just walked up to the window and took my food. when I called to check the status cause of my wait he apologized for the inconvenience and replaced everything and threw in a pie and flurry for the wait. He did his absolute best to remedy the situation. All at closing time but with a smile on his face. It’s this very attitude that will keep me coming back regularly. Thank you soo much Jesus.

Yup jungle McDonald’s is gone! And a very new and updated one is here.. It is way smaller than before and the layout is bad bad bad.. The kids area is separated and not very big.. We came on a Sunday and a lot of people was here.. Not to many tables in the kids area so you cant watch your kid playing…sooo u need to go to the oooother area and hope your kid is ok.. They need to pass thru two doors to get there and the entrance doors are in the way so.. If your kids don’t know they need to go straight to the kids area dont send them alone because they might just get out to traffic.. The doors are heavy so my daughter got tired of running back and forward opening doors which is good lol but not very convenient.. It is clean and the service is great! U can order yourself in the kiosk they are a very nice addition ( I saw these in Canada a year or two years ago) they are cool, but won’t take coupons.. The food and service still good. Restrooms are clean BUT just two stalls? And just one sink?
No emergency exit in neither areas,. The kids playground is really nice, and the touch to play things in working and clean order. Overall I will come back to this location BUT at a time is not to crowded. Please be aware that your kids will probably be running between areas and u might loose sight of them. Just two stars for the great service! Posting pictures so you can see the kids place dilemma and bad layout..
Note: probably will be a good idea to remove the glass doors and overall all the glass in between, you will save a lot of windex and employees cleaning them.. And bumps! One kid bumped three times! And get more space for more tables.
