Great meal! Really good food, fast and friendly service and a great value. I ordered the Pick 3 Smokehouse combo online. I doubled up on the half rack of ribs and had it with chicken tenders, french fries and baked beans. The ribs were really tender and I really liked the flavor of the ribs and the BBQ sauce. The tenders were really good as well as the fries and beans. I get chips and salsa with the loyalty club and it all was way too much to eat. The order was waiting for me when I arrived and delivered by a very pleasant cashier. This is a new favorite meal for me!

As someone who don’t leave reviews like that but this is the first time I order food from chili’s and it’s bad. Not only was the food bad the portions was also bad, while on the phone trying to get things situated it felt rush. Whoever I was speaking with was on a rush to get off the phone. We have never had bad experiences with chilis before this is the first one in the book and specially when we were very very hungry, so that makes it worse. Small portions red meat that can cause sickness and a rush refunds. Somewhere you take a bite on that burger make sure to check if that meat ain’t red or you’ll end up sick

I had a very good experience at Chili’s, thanks to the outstanding service from our server, James. The food arrived quickly and was well presented, but it was a bit bland and dry for my taste. I asked James for salt and pepper, and he brought them right away with a great attitude.
Throughout the visit, James was friendly, attentive, and genuinely connected with us. His professionalism and positive energy really stood out. Honestly, this time the server outshined the cook — James truly made the experience better.
Because of his excellent service, I would definitely return.

The food was very tasty, reasonably priced and delicious. Amy provided impeccable service. She anticipated my needs beforehand, thought of out of the box ways to attend to my cravings (I love spicy food and she brought an extra sauce to try to help make my appetiser spicy), was patient and helpful when I took forever to decide on what I wanted to drink. She is a great asset to chilis. Thank you so much!

Parking lot was clean. The windows of the whole building were very clean. It was impressive! We ordered inside the bar area. Had a bubbly bartender ordered burgers. Great deal right now. Three in one had a great experience. Will go back!

I ordered takeout and was sent a text saying that I would receive another text when my food was ready. Did not get a text. I went inside. There was zero staff around. My food was sitting on a shelf with my name on it. I checked it and saw that they had put a ton of tortilla chips on it when I ordered it without. There was nobody around to ask them to remake it. So I brought it home and had to try and pick out all of the tortilla chips. Very disappointed in Chili’s. I won’t be ordering takeout again.

We got a couple of the BEST bacon cheese burgers and fries that we’ve had in ages for about $15 each. Unbelievable. Great food at a great price with awesome carry out service.
