One of those hole in the wall places you almost miss driving by, with some of the most amazing comfort food! The best fried chicken I’ve had in a long time! My fiancé got the fried pork chop and she loved hers too! Service was top notch and very friendly and the prices are more than fair!

This was a pretty cool spot! I was in Fayette for some work and stopped here for lunch. The had a buffet with some entrees and sides for a good price and it was all delicious! The cabbage was seasoned so good, gravy was homemade, and the fried chicken was crispy! Definitely a must stop of you’re in the area.

Derrick and Lillie are AMAZING people. We found this great spot by accident while traveling, and i cant speak highly enough of them. The food is amazing, its true southern comfort food, and the price you pay for their all you can eat is way more food for the value than you can get anywhere else. Their catfish and Fried chicken are on point, and their vegitables are delicious. The atmosphere is very homely and the place looks like an old timey store.

So we are on a short road trip and got here at 6 pm. Online says they close at 8. Owner stated “We are closed, I’m going to an event.” That’s so unprofessional, when you know you’re the only place in town. Also if you are going to close whenever you want, put your hours as approximately or put on there that people should call ahead to check. I get it’s a small town, but there is no excuse for not letting people know online that they should call ahead just incase you have to close early. It’s just being considerate when people are planning their route.

If you see this place along your way, STOP! EAT! ENJOY! The atmosphere and hospitality is as excellent as the food. If it’s not on your way, I recommend going out of your way to get there. Such nice people! And, did I mention the food?
