The food was incredible, the cashiers and waiters were respectful, the dinning room could use more attention and cleaning. Overall this Culver’s was one of the best I’ve been to. Adding one more thing, there custards are AMAZING would recommend going to again

I will not dine at this location ever again. I upgraded a meal with onion rings and they were fried too hard and inedible. Also, the bottom of my burger bun had so much flour on it, it tasted like I was eating chalk.
I spoke to the store owner Marirose Miller and she told me the store policy only allowed for store rebates the same day; and I had come back and showed her my online receipt from two days later after I was in the area again.
I completely understand the store policy, but I also know that customer service is as simple as apologizing and trying to rectify an unhappy customer’s complaint. Even a simple offering of a custard token (that is on the bag of every kid’s meal and torn off when used) could have been a simple gesture as I showed her my app orders and I had been a loyal customer to them.
But she said she could not (ie would not) do anything else which says a lot about the value she has in customer service as the representative of that store. ALWAYS check your food before you leave, lesson learned.

This place is awesome. Came here 2 different occasions. 1st time was dine in. I ordered buffalo chicken tenders. And I gotta say, they were probably the best tenders I’ve had in a while. Serving size was great, too. My BF ordered a burger, and he said it was yummy and a good size (he is 6’4″ and only needed one!) The second was carry out (reddemed my birthday scoop).

Feb 2026 Update: Back to the quality and service that made us fall in love initially. 5 stars
June 2025 Update (3 stars): Sad to say that the quality control has really gone down. Today, 3 of our 4 burgers were wrong. The kid that took the order even told the ones in the back that he rang it up correctly. And the amount of salt on the fries was enough for an entire basket of fries. Two times before this, 3 of the 4 custards were wrong. Need to train employees better about paying attention and making orders correctly.
2022 Original (5 stars): You can’t beat the butter burger basket to go along with the flavor of the day custard. The burgers are fresh and taste great and the fries are crispy. Wash it all down with the smooth rich flavor of the day custard…or even just the chocolate or vanilla with are also excellent.

I placed an online order to pick up after I got off from work. 2 minutes after placing my order, I received a call stating that they were out of cheese curds. The same lady who called me, brought out my food. I asked her about refunding me for the 2 orders of missing cheese curds and she stated that my refund would show up on my card in a few business days. That was 12/21. I call back today, 12/30, because my refund wasn’t on my card. 2 managers tell me that the refund was no where in the system, and because it wasn’t, I wouldn’t receive my money back. How can a company not have a product available, take your money, but not give it back!?!?!?!? The 2nd manager states that I had to come inside the store that day for my refund. If that was the case, why didn’t the lady who I spoke to about the refund tell me that when we were discussing my refund!?!? I’ve called corporate to handle the situation and I will no longer spend my hard earned money at this location. This was extremely unfair and unprofessional!

Order ftom here often but really the food today was terrible. Ordered the reuben, online, which I’ve ordered before, and it was ridiculous. Looks nothing like the advertised photo.
