We had an incredible time. Starting with the service — we never wanted for anything. The staff was attentive, authentic, and genuinely kind, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth.
The atmosphere was quaint, understated, and classy, beautifully designed to create an exceptional dining experience.
The food was insanely good. We enjoyed a special menu for our visit, and every dish was vibrantly crafted and thoughtfully presented. I want to especially highlight the steak pictured: perfectly cooked from edge to edge and, despite being a lean cut, absolutely packed with flavor. I couldn’t stop eating it — I honestly wish I had three more.
I’m not typically a fish person, but the fish was remarkably bright and clean, with a freshness that completely won me over.
Dessert was another standout, both visually and in taste. The sponge cake paired with ice cream and its caramelized topping was an incredible combination. If I could change one thing, it would be the raspberry drizzle — it was quite tart and slightly overwhelmed the other flavors.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and the staff made us feel like family. We will definitely be back.

Thankfully they were able to seat us earlier than we had reserved because we were very hungry from a full day of traveling. The food was okay but was served warm at best. The waiter was fantastic and his assistant was even better but after tipping the hostess and being seated in the worst spot possible we were a bit let down. I’ve had many meals on the strip that rank higher along with far better atmosphere. I will not return but definitely suggest you give it a try! The custom steak knives were a nice touch!

We had dinner while we were in for a work conference. We had Jack as our server and he went above and beyond. Honestly, hands down best server we’ve ever had at any restaurant. He was attentive, he got to know us, but before that he surprised us with a martini with my husband’s work company logo and it made the night extra special. He was the best, so friendly, so helpful and of all the times we’ve been to Vegas (because we come a couple times a year) this will now be a must for us!!

Had a beautiful dinner at Carver’s. My server, Betty, was amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely a joy to talk to! I had oysters to start, then a perfectly cooked ribeye paired with a Pinot Noir.
The lobster tail, bone marrow, mac and cheese, asparagus, and portobello mushrooms were all delicious and well-prepared.
The atmosphere felt elevated, comfortable, and unforced.

It was definitely an incredible experience.The wagu cheesesteak bites that I got without onions or truffle were incredible. Had to be my favorite appetizer I’ve had . Our waitress Betty was really attentive and took care of anything we needed. The Mac and cheese and tuxedo cake was an incredible experience as well. The rib cap was definitely a great cut that I’ve never had before .Definitely would recommend .

We chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. First of all I made a reservation and when I got there I still had to wait almost 20 minutes. For the price, we expected much better. The food was bland across the board and the portion sizes were very small. The steak was cooked incorrectly twice and still lacked flavor. My lamb chops were also not cooked properly, and the mashed potatoes were watery.
Service was just okay. The waiter seemed rushed, disappeared frequently, and the food took a very long time to come out. To make matters worse, they brought out a tiny bowl of sorbet as a “birthday surprise.” We were expecting something like a slice of cake, so this was awkward, embarrassing, and honestly disappointing, especially for a birthday celebration.
We spent over $500, and it was absolutely not worth the price or our time. We will not be returning.

It was my Birthday, started with a evendine sallad and a nice red wine. Main, tamahawk steak cooked to perfection with grilled peppers, mac & cheese side, with truffels, and a complementry cheese cake birthday treat, finished with cappiccino. A true dinning experience I recomend.

Wow!! This place is 10/10. The atmosphere is classy and so beautiful. The menu is diverse with plenty of options and the food is outstanding! Our server Misho was incredibly attentive and kind. He made our experience that much more special. Highly recommend dining here if you’re in Vegas!
