Normally we go in and order but this time we ordered on the app and picked it up. We ordered. Bigger plate and side of fried rice. But received very little food. The kung pao chicken was only peanuts and veggies. And we got the premium honey walnut shrimp and received 4 shrimp! It was very disappointing to get all the way home and see this

This is one of the worst Panda Express locations I have ever been to.
I went inside to order since the drive-thru was full. No one was in line inside. I told the employee what I wanted. It was two simple orders. When I reached the checkout area, there was a young lady standing there, not paying any attention to what was going on. She finally acknowledged me, and took my payment.
After getting home, I found that the employee whom prepared my order didn’t even give us the main order in our two entree plate. The bowl I had ordered for my child had frozen chicken in it.
My spouse returned to the store, and asked for our order to be replaced, and made right. This time, they gave my child spicy chicken, not the regular we ordered. She couldn’t eat it because it was so spicy.
The management here needs to be terminated or retrained.
I visited the restaurant 9/12/25 at approximately 5:15 p.m.

I tried this restaurant for the first time ever! I was pleasantly surprised. Food was fresh and tasted great. Even after a 20 minute car ride home. Very happy, prices were great. I will be returning.

This sucks everytime I’ve ordered from here. Wait forever in drive through and they only take a car at a time ordering or paying not both. Then I get home and the plates are with very little food. Price went up and give you less food. Don’t eat here anymore. Look at the photos. Food is below the side walls with big gaps in everything. Plus I’m sure they are smaller plates too. Not all locations are like this but this one is one of the worse.

Anytime I come in for a mobile order they ignore me it’s like they think I’m trying to cut line but I just want to pick up my mobile order and go, Today I went in to order some food and a lady was sweeping the lobby, she made her way up to me didn’t wash her hands after sweeping nor put on gloves to start serving my order, name printed on receipt was Berenice.

I decided to give Panda Express another try, what a big mistake, I started eating my food and I FOUND A SCREW IN MY FOOD! How unsafe how disgusting, guess this location is just a total dump, save your time and please go elsewhere.

Paid $17.54 for the large a la carte box of honey walnut shrimp (drive-thru). I was disappointed at how small the box really is. When I get home, come to find out it’s not even full! About only half full with food. If I wasn’t so hungry, I would have returned to the store. So disappointing! This place scams their customers!
