They claim they use “fresh, never frozen beef”. Yeah my burger wasn’t fresh at all. You can tell it was just left there forgotten for hours. Just so you know, their baconator burger looks nothing like in the picture. What you get instead is a burger with a really thin over, burned patty.

I went through the drive through and they completely messed up my whole order they just dumped everything in the bag with no care I might as well just eat it from the bag AND they got my order wrong TWICE from a couple days ago I heavily don’t recommend this Wendy’s. It’s a really good Wendy’s. The salads were fantastic so good the cob salads better than Chick-fil-A. The store itself it is so clean. The service is so fast, the people that work here are fantastic. It looks like a chilling place for teenagers even for adults to just hanging out. Valeria was so helpful getting my order.

The guy manager at night is just as bad as his employees, gael the employee over charged me asked to speak to the manager and he was ridiculous couldn’t refund me nor give me an offer. I asked for a blueberry lemonade and get a strawberry i go back and the employee diego gives me an attitude and remakes my lemonade with an attitude, he is on camera and i will be reporting this to the morning manager and corporate. Also they gave me this in my salad, disgusting .

Burger wasn’t fresh AT ALL! Patty was hard and buns were soggy, lettuce was wilted… tasted terrible. My cheese fries tasted awful, extremely salty and overall not appetizing. Got my order wrong… was missing a burger. Overall not satisfied will never come to this location again.

They didn’t give me what I ordered, but they still charged me the full amount, I recommend that you open your food and check that you receive what you ordered and of the quality you expect.
