If you wanna wait in line for 40 minutes, pay $12 for soggy tacos and get spoken to like shit at the window then come to this location lol. I’m not normally one to complain, especially when it comes to customer service, cause I understand but there’s seriously no reason to be that rude. Go to a local taco truck and support small businesses that are nice to their customers and provide quality food.

Only started coming to this location because the Severna Park location didn’t have a build your own luxe box option. Now they’ve taken that away. We usually get taco bell 2-4 times a week, now we’re discussing making crunch wraps at home. We generally only go to Taco bell for breakfast anymore, and being the only one in the area who does breakfast still, we came to this location.. There is a gentleman who works the drive thru I’d guess every Saturday morning (or atleast when we’ve gone), who is super polite, efficient, and professional. We never have to second guess our food if he’s there. (I wish I knew his name. But he does have a distinct voice.)

I don’t know what is going on with the Taco Bell in Millersville, MD. It’s getting out of hand. When you try to order food through the app to save time, you still end up waiting 30+ mins at the restaurant for your order to be prepared. I don’t know if it’s bad management or what, but get it together!

We have been visiting quite often over the last year. It has had a sewer issue in the ladies restroom for that long maybe longer. An elderly woman coming out of restroom told me to be careful because the floor had so much water on it. Who wants to stand in that number one. Two, once your feet are wet its hard to get out without slipping while pulling the heavy door that has a terrible rigged lock on it. No one wants to sit in the restaurant and smell sewage. The tables are never clean. The trash was over flowing we were battling gnats from it so we left. The smell has gotten worse. How is that healthy to have sewage germs filling the restaurant? The staff is friendly but many times seem overwhelmed as to who is taking care of what. I think all the door dash orders bombard them. Management needs to address sewer issue before OSHA is called. Its way past due.

I am a frequent eater here, as this franchise is the closest to my house. Terribly run organisation. Staffs are unqualified & rude. They slam food out of their window in drive through. This is the worst taco bell franchise in my opinion from the pov of eating at 100’s lf their franchise. STAFFS NEED TRAINING & HYGIENE MUST IMPROVE.
