Im from Missouri and we dont have jacks up in the Midwest but I will say since I moved to Alabama this has been one of my favorite establishments. The service is always quick and the food is excellent. I also enjoy the wide variety of food you can get from fried chicken to burgers. Tyeisha made sure to take care of everyone in the restaurant from cooking and helping her staff to greeting and helping me and the line they had out the door! Great job all around!

Stopped in on the way to Montgomery when going through Andalusia. I had the pork rib sandwich and fries. Didn’t pay attention to what my daughters had. Everything was great. I threw away my receipt before adding it on the app for the points or whatever they give but we only get there about once a year. Funny thing was we have sat in the same place the past few years in a row.

This is by far the nastiest Jack’s restaurant I’ve ever been in. The dining room floor looks as if it hasn’t been swept or mopped in weeks and the ladies restroom is so disgusting that the manager ought to be ashamed of herself.
I’m not talking about 3 hours worth of dirt, I’m talking about days worth of nastiness in the toilet, around the toilets and in the back of the toilets.
We stopped for breakfast and our order was wrong. We asked the lady at the drive thru multiple times for sweetener for our coffee and she kept saying she put it in there but it wasn’t in the bag.
I truly hope we didn’t get sick because we didn’t go into the restroom until after we ate.

We ate at Jacks twice the last week of April, 2025. Once for breakfast and the next time we had the dinner special. We thought the food was very good as well as the service and value. There was one lady there who was a real trooper working very hard getting the orders taken care of with a great attitude. Our only complaint was that they had the temperature inside so cold that both times we had to take the food out to our car to eat.
