Carl’s Jr. always says the food is made fresh to order when I go to other stores and it really does seem to be. This store however, had my burger ready in about 20 seconds from the time I paid to the time they handed it to me. It was cold enough that the cheese didn’t melt at all. One of my worst experiences at a Carl’s Jr. Do yourself a favor and pick a different location or a different fast food joint altogether.

The girl in the front is super rude came here other times and it’s the same person with bad attitude every time tried telling her the soft drinks weren’t working properly instead of fixing just says oki so I’m gonna be able to drink anything I came in today feb 1 for breakfast worst experience in customer service tried giving it another chance but again im disappointed of the bad service just the employees I feel like not Carl’s Jr fault every time I have come here it’s been the same for a dine in . Sorry won’t be coming back unless we get. We new employees

The gentleman that was working in the drive thru is absolutely the nicest employee. His customer service skills are wonderful. He seems to genuinely care about his customers and takes pride in his work. He deserves a pat on the back.

Came in on a 20min lunch break at 2pm to grab my self and 2 other colleagues lunch. I repeated the order with the guy 3 times. Payed got the receipt, drink was wrong(ask for the lemonade bot a fountain drink) missing a fry and a cake. No biggie immediately flagged him to try and get it fixed, he said he’d be right back. Let me set the scene. 2 empolyees, 1 fam waiting in the dining room, 2 cars in the drive through and then me. As I waited to be seen again, some door dashes came in behind me and another gentleman. I waited the full 20min I could before I had to tell them just refund me. Never got it fixed let alone my order. Felt bad for my two other colleagues who also had to forfeit their lunch for this. We work across the way and have never had such poor time or service from here. To the manager, those employees did nothing wrong other than do their job and maybe misheard me with my irish Boston accent. But I tried to flag them down, but you shouldn’t have 2 people only on a weekend, poor management and a blatant display of incompetence.

Gold star food.
Every time I’ve ever walked inside to order or gone through the drive through, I’m always pleased with how my food is made fresh and hot to order, it’s not just waiting for me under a heat lamp for an hour or so.
The staff are always friendly, the location always keep clean and tables are wiped down after guests use them so you aren’t sitting down onto the last persons spilt ketchup sticky to the table.

Michael is one of the best employees we’ve seen at this Location, he definitely deserves a raise, he took care of all of our needs and accommodated us or others would not. We’re definitely coming back again tomorrow.

Ordered food through drive thru and got spicy chicken sandwich and the famous star burger. Once I got home and took one bite of the famous star, I tasted nothing but mayonnaise. It was so drenched with mayonnaise that I could only eat the meat and get some of my money worth I’ve had excellent service from here with previous workers, and the food was decent. May 25th was not a good day for this location.

So Michael was one of the best employees that I have experienced at this location in a while, he handled all of our needs in the ways we asked and was accommodating of us right at closing time and we are looking forward to coming back again. Michael deserves a raise.
