Hello I ordered food last night through the drive-thru at 8:07pm on 3/7 I paid and then Left before receiving my order or reciept, I was in a U-Haul truck I can prove my transaction and I’m sure the window employee remembers me asking for application I remember it was store #7 my total was 20.03
I would like my order replaced when I come back in the morning or my money refunded or put on gift card as I did not receive any food youre cameras will prove that I called about eight times there is no voicemail setup and apparently nobody to answer the phone.

The food was hotter than my cravings and hit the spot just right. The real secret sauce though? Stephanie. She brought the smiles, the vibes, and made our visit extra crispy. From start to finish, she made sure we were taken care of and having a good time. If happiness came with fries, Stephanie would be running the counter. We’ll be back for more—thanks for making our day, Stephanie! ✨

It’s a rainy day, I understand, but the place is FLOODED, water all over the place and buckets placed everywhere.
I used the restroom… The toilet was marked with some heavy S….. Really bad.
If it comes to food… I asked for ketchup and mayo and was given ketchup and Hot Taco Sauce.
That suppose to be a recovery breakfasts after New Year celebration.

Used the drive-thru, and ordered 2 Jumbo Jacks, a Buttery Smashed Jack, Onion Rings, and a Small & Medium French Fries. I was told to drive to the front, so they can bring my order out to me, which is fine. I was given a single bag with the Jumbo Jacks, Onion Rings, 2 Curly Fries. That’s it. So I had to go in to correct the order. The guy I talked to wasn’t a jerk, but was completely despondent. He went to correct the order, and I got the Buttery Jack and the French Fries instead of the Curly. I go home and find out they screwed up the Buttery Jack; it was a bun, burger patty and a slice of cheese. THAT’S IT! No lettuce and tomato (which was clearly shown in the item picture,) and no condiment. At no point was I mean or disrespectful with these guys. Given that I had to go in and get my order corrected, them giving me the most plain burger ever in response seems to be on purpose. Very unprofessional and petty. I will not be back.

Today i ordered a jumbo jack combo and i ended up getting a single hamburger, when i payed, they took my phone and got it to scan somewhere far away, why doesnt their equipment work????
They insisted on me having ordered a regular hamburger when I specifically said i had ordered a convo. Then the lady working there said that i need to be charged extra and bring back the hamburger to get some fries and water i had already paid for????? This was during my lunchbreak and i didnt have time to deal with their bs so i just took that hamburger and left. Do not recommend this place at all.
