I received the most perfect Big Mac from any McDonalds ever. Usually when I order, the cheese is half on the burger, the box is full of lettuce and the whole thing looks like someone smashed it. Not with this one though. This had really made my day. I hope more people start taking pride in their work like this employee did ❤️

Just happened 2 hav 2 go inside bc no 1 cud just hand Mi Mi Frappe thru the window after I had 2 sit in the line 2 get past the windows bc the app is semi stupid an whenever I hit the mobile ordering 4 the drive thru it sent it inside only I guess but inside was plain store front w/most the staff swearing an the rest laugh’n about it an them mak’n remarks about certain ppl in the drive thru act’n lik no 1 cud hear them, it just made Mi wonder what they said about Mi ask’n nicely 2 just hav Mi drink given 2 Mi thru the window since that’s where I tried 2 get it in the first place bc y wud I go thru the drive if I had ordered it 4 inside an I was only inside 4 moments an was about 2 hear them loudly talk’n about their customers… I’ll use a different McD’s from now on I guess…

This McDonald’s overall has been a fairly nice place to come too. I have frequented this store since 1996. The playland is great for kids and has seating for families with children separate from the main seating area. The main seating area is generally clean and well kept whenever I have eaten here. This store has a outside seating area kinda hidden away from the main part of the restaurant that feels more like a park because it is surrounded by grass and trees.
Unfortunately this McDonald’s no longer takes orders in person and forces you to use the kiosks which is a pain for those wanting to pay with cash.

Carrie Crawford is the most kindest and helping worker I have ever met in my entire life!! She made me feel really welcome in my experience. She should be in charge. However, the Lakota manager was rude and she basically called me fat and it hurt my feelings. I will come back but only if Carrie is working.

The McDonalds on S University is awful. We ordered two egg ham and cheese bagels, sandwiches only. Paid got to the window and there was only one sandwich, they told us to park off the side and wait for the food to be brought out.. well we ended up with 2 ham and cheese bagels without the eggs., we were heading to a hockey game and didn’t hv time to fight this so I called to complain and was hung up not once but twice by two different employees.. we hv yet to get a correct order everytime we go there!!! Maybe not hv 12 year olds working there.. looks to me like there’s alot of goofing off in the cooking area.. THIS PLACE SUCKS

The wait in the drive thru was over 30 minutes. When we got to the second window to get our food the young man seemed like he was confused and didn’t know what he was doing. He didn’t give us our drinks until I asked for them. He was also very rude when I mentioned that all the fries were cold .

Drive thru workers seemed distracted, was speaking clearly but they seemed distracted by something else. Had to ask for the same thing multiple times.
Waited 10 mins for a coffee with only two other cars in the drive thru. Coffee was not filled to the top, wasn’t hot, and the worker who gave it on the drive thru closed the window before I could even ask for a sleeve to hold it, had a big attitude almost like she was doing us a favour by handing us the coffee we paid for.

Gross. Raw patty placed underneath typical over cooked patty. Should I throw it up now or wait for the food poisoning?
Update: I was so grossed out by my poison burger that I did not notice that they did not include the chicken nuggets in my daughter’s happy meal. Looks like neither of us are very happy. I want a refund.
