We were in town for the races at Kansas Speedway and our air-b-n-b host suggested this place for breakfast before the race. When we got there we were promptly seated and brought water. Our waiter, a very nice, respectful young man named Barron was our waiter. I must say, he was the most attentive, respectful, well-spoken kids I’ve ever met. He told us he’s going to be heading off to college soon. He’s going to be a huge loss for them for sure, but good luck, Barron!
We looked the menu over and made our choice. The food was out to us promptly and was hot like it should have been. Our drinks were kept full the entire time.
The food was very good! Everything we both had was wonderful and tasted good. The place was very busy, but they were very well staffed and everyone seemed happy and like they actually wanted to work. That’s rare these days, they have a great crew. All in all everything was wonderful and I’d definitely love to go back if given the chance. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. Spacious restaurant that had 2 separate dining rooms and seating at a bar area as well. A laid-back environment with lots of nice TVs to view. Was seated quickly and ordered the turkey spinach feta omelet with a side of fruit. The omelet was good. Lisa, who helped me, was very nice. Good spot for a quick solid breakfast.

Went to have lunch with the hubby! Asked the waitress to give me a moment to finish what I was doing and I would look at the menu. 2 minutes later she asked if I was ready, I asked her to give me a few minutes to finish up and look over the menu. Picked up the menu and Lisa steps back to the table immediately to ask if I’m ready. Rather than hold her up I asked the hubby to go ahead and order as I hadn’t even had a chance to look at the menu. Lisa says “eh you’re not ordering anything now”? I said “nope if I can’t look at the menu I just won’t order”. Lisa informed me it’s her job to get my order and got very rude very quickly. I still opted not to order and asked for another waitress. Luz took the hubby’s order. Lisa then stood at the bar LOUDLY telling Luz her view about our interaction at the table and her opinion on it, loud enough for everyone in the restaurant to start looking at us. I stood from our table and let her know if we can hear you over here, the whole restaurant can hear you. She informed me it isn’t me she was talking about but someone else….. still unprofessional and rude. I would recommend McDonalds over this establishment if Lisa is your waitress. Ramen may want to do some retraining for her!!

Great service, but the anticipation was greater than the food. Hash brown potatoes were great, but scrambled eggs were cooked hastily on high heat with crispy scorching, and served cool. The waffles were too cold to melt the butter. Bacon was cooked fine but had minimal flavor. Biscuits and gravy were ok, but I’d like to see more sausage in the gravy. I liked the small family restaurant atmosphere.

We have driven by Pegah’s a number of times and finally decided to give it a try. Restaurant was much larger than I expected so don’t let the look from the outside concern you. We ordered breakfast and it came out pretty quickly. Had to try a few different things so I ordered the combo breakfast and a short stack. Wife ordered a steak fajita omelette. It was all good but that omelette was over the top. Amazing flavor and was so balanced. We will have to come back for lunch next time.

We were staying at Great Wolf Lodge and didn’t want to wait in line for over an hour for breakfast so decided to go grubhub. Found Pegah’s and decided to try it. OMG were we impressed! Food arrived still hot, and super fresh, I got an omelet and the veggies still had a little snap to them! The flavor is amazing as well. My kids actually ate all their food, and that never happens! We will be ordering from here next time we are in the area. Keep up the great food!

My first time eating here was a few years ago. The service was great. I had the Sirloin Steak Fajita Omelet with Grits and Wheat Toast it was excellent. I also had coffee, which was good as well.
7-18-25. I had the vegetarian omelet with hash browns, English muffin, and coffee. Quick service and even quicker meal preparation. The waitress took my order, and she came right within a few minutes with my meal. Everything tasted great.

Wide ranging menu of homestyle foods. I personally recommend the Frisco Melt, but anything in the sandwich selection is really delicious.
Service is always fantastic, and food comes promptly. It’s in a bit of an out of the way location.
Oh and the real star of the show here are the desserts. Browse the amazing selection in the case you front and if you are too full after your meal to have something, well, go ahead and get one to go. In fact get two to go so you can share with a friend (or so you have another delicious pie for the next day).
My coworker took me here and then I kept coming back on my own because I needed more of those desserts!
