I’ve come to this Cici’s for years, and all of my visits have been great. I usually go around 7pm, and even though it’s a bit busy, its not so crowded that you can’t move around or find a table.
The owner of this location, or at least I think he’s the owner, is always really friendly. I see him supporting his staff and ensuring guests are taken care of.
The pizza is always good, and if you ask them nicely to make a particular pizza, they’ll try to accommodate that.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience there. They tend to be pretty busy, so if there’s a lot going on, be patient for a clean table. I always see them cleaning something the times I’ve gone in.

We usually go here during specials such as the $5.99 buffets they sometimes offer. The pizzas are pretty good especially the cheese sticks and the buffalo chicken pizza. Their salads are great. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere differs on certain days such as some quiet days. Other days there is loud music over the speakers and the machines from the arcade section. They used to offer free water from the fountain machine but now they sell bottled water.

I was very dissatisfied with my trip on today ! The place opened at 11 and we made it at that exact time. Well the tables were nasty, straw papers on the floor, trash obviously from the day before on the floor. It was very unpresentable to say the place just opened up to the public at 11. I felt like it was a waste of my money and time. I couldn’t enjoy my food in peace because I was scared of food poison or food contamination. The cheese bread sticks tasted funny … like an oven taste of whatever it tasted like I didn’t trust the taste to finish eating it. I’m very sorry that I had this experience and that I had to leave a bad review.

I was extremely disappointed. Im sure it was me being nostalgic from a few years back when I went and certainly q different location but the buffet was half the size I remember, the pizzas were crappy and oily, you couldn’t cut them because they didn’t cut all the way through, the salad bar was lacking and so was the soup. My standards are set because I used to work at a Cicis and literally made the pizzas and maintained the salad bar, prepped and baked the desserts….. All of that. Could’ve spent my money better elsewhere. Yes I’m venting because it was a HUGE letdown being that I craved it and we drove half an hour to get here. You may love it but be warned that it may not be what you’re expecting.

I decided to try their pizza buffet. I was aggravated with the buying water requirement. For the price it was worth it and the pizza was good. Meat was a popular topping and accommodated with veggie pizza. Their garlic cheese bread was very tasty! The salad bar was good also. I never found any grated cheese or pepper flakes to sprinkle. Dessert was cinnamon bun and brownie to were I enjoyed the bun the most.

It’s cicis. You can not come here expecting a gourmet experience. The pizza is decent. The salad bar is decent. Hard to beat price wise, even Taco Bell is more expensive for two adults nowadays. The guy working the register the two times I have been was super friendly. My biggest issue: they don’t have fountain water. If you want water you have to buy a bottle. And one time we complained and the guy gave us unlimited bottles. But it has to be the only restaurant in the US without water in the soda machine.
