This is only my third time at this location and the first two times were Great but this last time I was very disappointed. We ordered two burgers, a large fry, and milkshake. My large fry the cup was half way filled and barely any fries in the bag, they forgot my milkshake and it was made poorly when I returned to get it. I understand employees have an off day but for the amount you pay for the food, it should be on point every time. The young people who work here need a team meeting and a talk about being professional and caring about your job and customers.

I ordered a little cajun fry today. They skimped me on the fries. We already pay $5.00 just for fries. And the light skin skinny girl came took the bag and just put like 10 more fries in there. And I believe the last I checked the customer is always right. Please do better with the fry proportions size. Little cajun supposed to feed atleast 2 people. If I wanted a large fry for 1. I would’ve went elsewhere. Please do better for future reference. Thank you!

Great location for takeout on a road trip. Corey and Nate (always get the names!) greeted me with smiles and a helpful attitude. I had ordered ahead and it was ready exactly on time. And the food itself was top notch. For once my fries weren’t soggy! Highly recommend this particular outpost of Five Guys. The entire crew will make it worth your while!

This is the first time I’ve had a complaint at this location but almost everything about this experience was poor. I called my order in and the young man was very polite. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I leave my house and get there and I’m waiting 10 more minutes. While I’m waiting for my food, out of the 4 or 5 employees that are on shift, 3 of them are standing around talking loudly and doing nothing in the corner. They’re swearing and talking about fighting. They had about 6 orders total the entire time I was there. And when I got home, the burgers weren’t as warm, were bland and the fries were barely seasoned and weren’t cooked long enough, they were limp. So, the order took double the time to make, the quality was poor and I had to stand and watch them sit with my food in the bag while they talk about fighting, laughing and are cussing left and right. For the price of the food, service and quality should be top notch. Do better.

i tried giving them a review with a receipt and it never worked. To the manager I told I’d do it, I tried. Here is a 5star review though. Y’all were slammed and the coordination and team work was great to watch. I appreciate the great food and I’ll be back soon.

Labor Day Monday only three other customers in front of me and somehow my order was completely wrong. It’s wasn’t rush hour, the staff was friendly, no long lines. So I don’t understand how this happened. I got all the way home and realized the order was messed up. The food was ok but to be charged for something I didn’t get just to be told I can come back and have it fixed is not worth it. Just take your time and get the orders right the first time. Oh and the lettuce was old so I had to remove it from my sandwich. It’s bad enough Wendy’s is causing problems with an Ecoli outbreak. I didn’t want to take my chances. Again for a premium priced meal to be bs.

Last night we happened to stop by, and order a couple of cheeseburgers. It was a nice surprise to find that they gave us double cheeseburgers instead. However, our order of large fries had either been intentionally made with sugar or by accident. Regardless, the entire bag of fries had been made with sugar and thus got thrown out. There was no salt in sight, not even a little bit. The staff seems fairly young, and maybe they need some labels on their salts and sugars so they don’t incorrectly take one for the other.
