So disappointed ! Everything was prepared half way. Ordered on the app ahead of time I don’t mind waiting but the food wasn’t served as it supposed to, the chicken wrap didn’t have lettuce , tomatoes but had extra cheese sauce, a chicken sandwich also no lettuce no tomatoes , the chicken strips were ALL old and hard like it’s been oh the heat all day long. the chili fries, no jalapeños and they gave us fries instead of tots. Also ask for two mini blast with extra topping well it barely any topping on the top or bottom. One item wrong , ok! The WHOLE ORDER , unacceptable!

I hope this gets to the big boss. Yall need to hired people that is efficient and that really wants to work. there’s always a big line and people ends up leaving cause I don’t think is fair you wait more then 10 min and they still don’t take your order while they in there just talking instead of working. on top of that they don’t make your order correct. Plus bad attitude very very poor service

My husband and I waited too long for someone to take our order before we decided to leave. They turned our light off twice without answering. If seem as if they were just getting the people through the drive-thru and did not care about the cars parked at the curb bay, waiting to place their order. Once we decided to drive off that’s when we notice a drive-thru window.

5/27/2023 @10:15…. Definitely didn’t even deserve the one star that was given. My number 4 the bacon cheeseburger toasted wasn’t even toasted. They gave me a cold slabs of bread, 5 pieces of lettuce(literally), no tomato, no bacon, and no onion ring. My tator tots were extremely overcooked to where you couldn’t even taste the potatoes… my food was cold as soon as I got it!!!! Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. The worst possible sonic I’ve ever been too!!!! Then to make matters worse we waited 20 mins to even recognize us on the ordering line!!!

I had very unfortunate experience I was charged incorrectly which isn’t a big deal but then I was given the wrong food after wait 15+ min on my order the order I received even if it was what I ordered I would be let down. These are the tots that was put in bag just a bunch moosh the quality of this establishment is just poor . Very disappointed because iv been to many sonics that are managed properly and effectively and they are great fast food restaurants

How expensive could M&Ms possibly be? If I had wanted plain vanilla ice cream, I would’ve ordered that. And moreover, why did it take 20 minutes to squirt some vanilla soft serve into a cup and then lie to me that you put M&Ms in it? Just don’t go here.

My burger was stone cold and old like it had been cooked first thing that morning and not even reheated. I was on my lunch break from work so hit the drive thru and didn’t know until I got back to the office but you better believe I’ll definitely go to Whataburger the next time I feel like a burger. The worst part is that I ordered onion rings which they had to cook so they could’ve at least thrown the patty back on the griddle so the cheese would melt but no.

Waited for about 10 minutes after I pressed the red button, before being told to go to the drive thru, where there was a line of cars. All of which got in line well after I got there, so I had to wait even longer to just order. Then getting my food was a whole time consuming process. I definitely would have gone somewhere else but I had already lost half of my lunch break and didn’t have time to try and go somewhere else. If you’re understaffed I understand but let me know to go to the drive thru when I press the button not 10-15 minutes later. Good grief!

Had a great time at Sonic. Service was friendly. Food was good and order was done correctly. We stopped at a slot. However, if you go through the drive through it does take some time. The parking lot gets congested because of this and we had to wait a bit to drive aroung to the exit so keep this in mind. It’s a fun place to go. Especially for a slush or soft drink.
