Was excited to try this place after seeing the parking lot full every weekend. We were disappointed overall. My kid got very dry chicken strips. Our server was not attentive. Most of our party had empty cups before the food arrived. And they sat empty for some time. I don’t know my servers name because she never introduced herself. Overall weird experience due to what seemed like a lack of customer service training.
An extra slap in the face was the 4% service charge notice written just small enough that you don’t stop to read it before assuming responsibility for the charge. 4% seems petty and frankly, once you read the notice it seems more like a political statement than anything. We all got hit with the minimum wage raise and the challenges that come with payrolling it, but you don’t see ANY respectable restaurants doing this as a response. Because it’s petty and a slap in the face to customers who go out to relax but now have to listen to (or rather read about) you essentially whining and the slapping us in the face again with a charge you could easily hide in your menu pricing. We will not be back.

If your going to charge outrageous prices the food better be good. Got the pretzel bites and they were brought in a pile of their own grease. They didn’t even strain them from the fryer. The “generous” portion of hand breaded chicken strips were a joke. They are tiny and like the size of a clam strip. It was like where is the rest of the chicken?!! The patty melt was hardly toasted and thr cheese wasn’t even melted. What a joke never again!!

It’s very interesting to see reviews after you have went there. First time I went it was really good service and food. Second time not great. They have good variety of food. I think the service depends on the day you go and if they are short on workers.

Years ago I worked at a different location and fell in love with their food. Working in the area I have tried several times to order take out and every time it’s messed up. Usually just a missing ranch or lettuce that was suppose to be left off.
Tonight it was horrible.
My club wasn’t toasted. It has the wrong cheese, and once again they forgot ranch.
Last time I was very impressed with both the food and the service- but after this it’s upward and on ward.
They do have good food- just dine in.
They make far too many mistakes on Togo orders.

Great pub and restaurant. Many good pubs don’t have good food options; or they aren’t really ‘pub-like’ if you get what I mean. Main Street Pub is a great pub AND a great restaurant. The food is great, the atmosphere is nice and the servers are very friendly. They also have cute towers in the corners with round tables.

Bartender (brown haired young woman) when I was there was great service provider and I guess the manager based on everything she was doing? Either way she was great to us at the bar and we ordered lunch etc and while she handled everything else she was great to us; I recommend this place for her!

Awful food and bad service. Burgers were burnt to a crisp when ordered medium. Appetizer definitely sat in the window and tasted bad. Save your money- the burgers are $5 on the late night menu for a reason.

I used to love Main St, and thought the Killian’s cod was absolutely fantastic. But now, I see that the entire chain of restaurants is flooding social media with AI generated images – not only stealing art and damaging our environment, but the pictures of food used are AI generated – they can’t even post pictures of their own entrees. And then they battle & harass people about it in the comments. If you can’t even post pictures of your own food, & can’t listen to your customers when they complain about poor ethics, that’s really telling. It’s a terrible look for the company, and now I’ll be finding my fish fry elsewhere & will not return.

Two stars because I’ve generally been really happy with Main St., but my experience today was pretty terrible.
After waiting for about 5 minutes for someone to come to the front to seat us, my partner and I ordered our drinks and then proceeded to wait 30 minutes before our server ever came back to our table to get our food order.
There was a large party of 20 at the same time we were there, which I understand is taxing on the staff, but otherwise the place wasn’t busy at all; the bar area was practically dead, and the dining section wasn’t particularly busy either.
We ended up not ordering food and just paid for our soda and left. Felt a little cheap to not be offered our drink as an apology. Almost $4 to sit there for half an hour with nothing but a Pepsi to show for didn’t feel great.
Will probably be back at some point, but I’m not rushing to do so any time soon.

Great atmosphere, fun staff, great drink specials, and decent food. This is the place to go for football games and sport games. $3 bloodys and $2.50 wells on Sundays. I think they also have $3 1 topping pizzas on Sundays. And all you can eat fried fish too
