Fried avacado with the shrimp salad is something I’ve never heard of but you definitely have to try it if you like both. Fins is such a staple they wouldn’t be growing if they didn’t know what they were doing fresh fish and tasty sandwiches. The soups are great too. I know it’s not anything they’re doing but the price of oysters is become extreme.

I came here for valentines dinner with my boyfriend. We were both extremely excited as I’ve heard great things about this restaurant and have been here years ago. Unfortunately the service we received tonight was some of the worst that either of us have ever experienced. Our server was male with really long hair. We were completely ignored by our server the entire night, he only came to the table two times and that was after we waited 10 minutes for him to even greet us. We had another server come by and take our drink order because he had yet to come. He never came by after we got our food and requests we had made for our food were ignored. Our drinks were empty for most of the night and for us to even get the check we had to flag him down. Even after that it took him about 10 more minutes to get the check. We were watching him greet and give attention to all his other tables except us. If we had any other server I would be writing a 5/5 review, they were all attentive and great to their tables and I wish we had gotten literally anyone else.

Fin’s was very busy. The whole restaurant as well as the outside seating were full. We were one of the last tables to be sat before they filled up. I completely understand why the service was amazing and so was the food. Even though they were completely packed out food and drinks came out pretty quick. Thank you to all the staff who worked so hard to serve everyone on 8-17-2025.

We were looking for a pet-friendly spot to eat and are so happy we called FINS Ale House & Raw Bar! The outdoor seating was perfect—not only were the vibes great, but our pup was welcomed like a little VIP. One of the staff even came over to greet our dog, which was such a sweet touch. The servers were AMAZING—super friendly and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed some delicious drinks (those espresso martinis were on point!) and honestly wished we could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend if you’re out with your furry friend and want a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere!

If you want really good and cooked well seafood, do not stop at this establishment. There are other restaurants in this area that serve better food for the price. The crab cake which said they used jumbo lump crab couldn’t have used more than special or claw crab and for $40 that’s criminal. The oyster chowder was thin and all milk with 3 or 4 oysters, no potato or anything else. The seafood chowder was decent and had good flavor. The Calimari was soft, fried at too low of a temperature and had no crunch. And the wings were overcooked and not tossed in the sauce. And the biggest insult was the seafood paella which came out swimming in broth. A real insult to the Spanish dish. Paella’s signature is the crispy rice bottom (socarrat) which this dish absolutely did not have. Could we have gone on an off day? Sure. But if you’re in the kitchen, you’re going to be judged by the product you allow to leave your kitchen. And this time it was not good.

Went for happy hour – service was slow despite not being very busy. But the food was excellent when it came – snow crab legs (2 bunches) for $19 happy hour proving can’t be beat! Also enjoyed the fish tacos and a dozen oysters. Oysters were HUGE! Left stuffed!

Martini & Mule…sent the mule back…no taste of ginger beer or bourbon! The shrimp & grits was very good, though.

Fabulous Happy Hour choices and prices! Checked into our condo next door and FINS was Busy. It was 5:00pm on Friday on Oct. 3… Truly, a Happy Hour! Great Team Service! We had four different menu choices to share, great Beers and Bevs, too! Super cool vibe, a Locals choice! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They have a very good happy hour menu. Was not too impressed by the showoff bartender. My wife had the half pound of steamed shrimp, they were large and well prepared. I had the raw oysters on the half shell and was not as pleased with them. The oysters themselves were fresh and delicious but every one has pieces of shell in with the oysters and one was served with the shell broken in half. It seems like someone did not know how to properly shuck oysters or was in too big of a rush. We will try this location again to see if we have better experience as we do enjoy the other two locations.

TLDR: Good location, nice outdoor seating, decent food and decent service. Prices are a bit high and I think they’re too high for what you’re getting. I don’t think the seafood here is that good. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here off the seafood alone, quite disappointed.

Crab dip (8/10): delicious! Wish there was more lump crab. It was kinda “milky”. I wish there was a bit more crab flavor, but it was okay how it was. I think this is a must-get.

Shell fish pasta (6/10): I liked the sauce, but my noodles were way undercooked. Not even close to al denote – disappointing. Was a good dish, but nothing crazy. I don’t think it is worth $30 for what you get. Also, I ordered it without tomatoes and got them. When I told the waiter, he just said “sorry about that” and stood there awkwardly. No offer to take it back or anything. I still ate it, but just a bit of disappointing service.

Cream of crab soup (4/10): Didn’t like it that much. Very underwhelming in my opinion. Lacked flavors, and tasted diluted.
