Food was good but the service was slow. I got there with a group of folks on a Friday around 9am. There was not anyone ready to take fine in orders and felt it was like an inconvenience for dine in folks and only was focused on drive thru orders. No one would look at the customers coming in and felt like the workers were looking at each other like nahh, you gonna do it?? I won’t be back to this location…drive thru may be better service than dine in.

I visit this location all the time. I had two issues at this location but they were resolved by a manager. I always try to check my food before leaving any restaurant. I must say my last two visits were awesome, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and my family food was fresh and delicious.

The lady at the drive through was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. Our order was taken on 1/13/2026 at 3:45pm, if this helps to determine who was responsible. I’ve also noticed that there are several similar reviews at this location.

This has to be the worst Jack’s location! They never get orders correct and always take forever in the drive thru. The staff is always rude. I like the way Jack’s food is made/taste and never alter the menu items but this staff continually leaves items off or gets the order completely wrong. Most recently I ordered a combo and they forgot the fries. How do you forget the side that comes with the combo??!! They also didn’t put any condiments on my burger!! The only thing they did get right was my drink.

Useless excuse for a restaurant today. Employees arguing at the window. Talking crap about how the manager keeps getting on to them and making them work harder. Then you get watery half filled ranch cups, they don’t give your child their honey mustard at all, you get 3 piece fingers when you order 4 pieces, and the lady slings your food in the window scrambling everything and dumping your fries in the bag.
