I ordered an iced coffee with extra cream and extra liquid sugar and received something that was nearly black.
I also ordered McChickens with two patties per sandwich and added cheese, items I paid extra for, and the order wasn’t made correctly.
Instead of correcting the mistake, I was refunded $20 and asked to leave rather than having the order remade.
As someone who currently works in food service, and customer satisfaction. I was disappointed to see the situation handled that way.
Mistakes happen, it’s how they’re handled that matters.
That being said, kudos to the sisters in there holding that place down. Second and third shift staff have consistently been better in my experience and seem to genuinely care about getting orders right.
THEY are the reason this isn’t a 1-star review.
I just hope management focuses more on resolving issues instead of escalating them.

So I visit my local McDonald’s probably about 3-4x a week before I head into work…the gentleman who takes my order every time is amazing, Wonderful attitude he definitely deserves a raise.. however the the young girl who works the second window as a horrible attitude and has messed with my mocha frappe the last 2 x I’ve been there. The other day I could taste caramel in my drink ..This morning she actually put it all over my drink.. I caught the mistake this time and brought it to her knowledge.. So I was asked to pull over and she would bring me out a new one… I got the same exact drink they just wiped the whipped cream with the caramel off and put new cream and chocolate on top… At the end of the day all I want to know is why do think it’s ok to mess with people’s drink/ food especially when I spend about $8 a day if not more.. My opinion she needs to find another job preferably one that doesn’t consist of you being in customer service…
And on another note no one is answering the phone as well for me to evenput in my complaint.. You guys make way to much money to be playing with people..

This McDonalds could not get an order right if their life depended on it, and when you dare ask for the food you paid for, they act like you’re inconveniencing them. Also, don’t think just because you paid extra money for that sauce that they are actually going to give it to you. While your wait for whatever it is they “forgot”, your fries or hash browns are getting cold. Today’s trip included the person at the window dropping my cash on the ground and then not giving me my receipt so when I was shorted my steak, egg, and cheese bagel, I couldn’t prove it. At least I was able to chase my cash down and get some of my food.

I ordered a cheeseburger meal with extra onions. When I received my meal and opened it up, the fries were harder than chips, my cheeseburgers had 1 pickle, no mustard, and no onions. I went back to get a refund and the customer service was awful. The lady was very rude and said she couldn’t give me a refund unless I gave my drink back too which is actually a health code violation. My boyfriend heard the employees in the back talking about us too. Will never be going back there again. We went to the sister store on mentor ave and it was way better customer service.

The fries usually come out hot which is a bonus, each time I ask for ranch I have to make a u-turn because they almost typically forget. 1 ranch for 10 Nuggest, is stingy!

Every single time i order from this restaurant, there is something wrong or missing with or from the order. Every. Single. Time. Without fail.

Asked to pull up and wait from the drive thru every single time. Today, there was a parking lot full of 8-10 cars waiting for their order. I waited about 10 minutes. Most of the time they forget something in the order and I have to go back in, only to be ignored at the counter for another 5 minutes. This time they forgot the sauce.

Slow as hell and workers just walk by look at you, dont acknowledge you. Finally after 10mins I stop someone to ask for my Doordash met with a attitude and it was sitting behind the counter the whole time! Hire some people who actually give a shit!
