I tend to be critical on reviews after spending years in food service, ordered my burger with onion rings but only got 4 onion rings in order which is not good service from cooks cooking food… but counter girl… Tyler T made up a batch and brought them out…I just want what I ordered after spending almost 25 bucks on 2 orders .. she’s awesome cooks suck

To the point Freddie’s has plummeted. I used to really like the food here but in the last couple years the quality has dropped substantially I mean it was $18.00 for not that great of food. I don’t recommend them anymore.

10 years in the Valley and made our first trip to Freddys. Burgers were great, the onion rings are some of the best I’ve had, and tater tot’s! Need I say more?

The burger was excellent the place was clean and not crowded and packed in. The young guy taking orders was polite and paid attention. This place has a very limited soda selection, Pepsi sucks and not any caffeine sugar free. I only had 1 other rub $14 for a cheese burger soda and bag of chips. But the burger was excellent . Better soda selection and the price cost them a star. The soda selection and price cost them 1 star.

Im assuming the food was great. Never got a chance to order. Was ignored at the counter for 5 minutes. Didn’t get any attention until I yelled out “hello?”. Finally an employee came and had a attitude as if we were giving her a hard time by being there. So we walked out. We didn’t want any of that nonsense. We went to the other Freddie’s and had no issues there.

I have had the pleasure of visiting the Tempe location late at night, and have only used the drive through for food pickup.
My experience has been fantastic!
The positive experience begins with the drive through staff, and it ends with the juiciest, and freshest, huge steak burgers I have ever had for such an amazing affordable price. The French fries are cooked and salted to perfection.
The dessert is made to satisfy your cravings!
I definitely recommend this establishment for a quick, fresh, affordable and delicious meal, and if you have space for dessert, there’s a variety of “sweets” to choose from.

The service was great. The food seemed freshly made. I had a grilled chicken sandwich. It was okay, but pretty bland. The fries were good and the fry sauce was a nice addition. The prices were reasonable. We ordered a pup cup thinking it was a typical cup of whipped cream. Instead it was frozen custard. They might have charged us. I can’t be sure because they didn’t give us a receipt.
