I DoorDash this place all of the time and I feel lucky to have gone into the Gates Mills location for my first time having it in person Saturday night. Our server, Aditi, and the pretty girl that I think she was training were so nice. Textbook 10/10 service from them and any restaurant is lucky to have them. I love the Paradise Special Boneless Chicken Biryani. I’m left thinking about it for days afterward. We also got the butter chicken which was awesome. I tried the chili cheese naan for the first time and I think it’s going to be a new regular thing for me. I can’t wait until I can come back to this location. I hope one of these girls will be my server again!

Worst biryani experience. It was full of watery masala with hardly any plain rice, extremely spicy, and not dum biryani at all. We ordered biryani, not just masala. Totally not worth it.

The service or atmosphere isn’t anything special, but the food is great. Fresh and flavorful.
They love their spice here, so unless you like super super spicy food usually, tell them you want a 1/5 on the hotness! We got a 1/5 and it was perfectly spicy.

We enjoyed girls night dinner. The food was hot in temperature. The Naan bread with cheese and the garlic is excellent. Very clean inside. This location does not have a bar selection.

I have never had Indian cuisine before and decided to try it for the first time. Didn’t know what to order so decided to eat in the restaurant. Upon arriving I informed the waiter “we have never had Indian cuisine before and what does he recommend” he recommended Rogan Josh for myself and for my wife Butter Chicken. My wife informed him she wasn’t a big fan of the taste of curry. The gentlemen told her it doesn’t taste like curry it has more of a butter taste. Food arrives and my wife took one bite of her food and didn’t like it. I informed the waiter that she didn’t like it, and just asked if we could have another order of the Rogan Josh instead.
He LAUGHED in our face and said “No”. Stated he wasn’t taking anything off the bill but if we wanted to order another dish we could. Now I am not upset that he said no. We ordered it I get that. It was how rude he was. My wife was very upset and felt like she was wrong for even asking. Both of us have to deal with customers for our job, and it’s never What you say, it is how you say it. I don’t want to let this experience ruin Indian cuisine for me so will try again one day just not here. I have NEVER in my life not left a tip before today…

We loved “paradise special chicken biryani” so much that we didn’t find this taste since last three years in US. We drove from chicago for a trip and this biryani ended the trip with full of taste. Thank you so much for making such delicious with apt spices in biryani and making our dinner so special. All of my friends loved it so much that we have been talking about the biryani since we tasted it. ❤️ I do recommend anyone to go with paradise special.

Never had such a bad experience in any Indian restaurant in last 25 years but the girl working at the cashier desk & she was taking order too, she was so rude, I ask her name she didn’t give me her name, she refused to give us plates, she was like we can’t give you separate plates for starter & main course. Please do not come to this restaurant, we ordered Samosa Chat after 20 minutes some one came & told us that we are out of Samosa Chat , unbelievable.

I have lived ten minutes from this place since they opened and I’m embarrassed that I have slept on it for so long. I have sampled nearly every Indian restaurant in the greater Cleveland area, and this is by far the best Indian food I have ever had. Service is great. Food is incredible and flavorful.
