We are from Aroostook County and were looking for a breakfast spot when we spotted this gem on Google. When I say that this place is going to be a regular fixture in future trips, I mean it!! The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and cozy, and the food was delicious. I’m really glad we stopped in

Beef stew was delicious with the roll. We were seated quickly on a Saturday lunch. Our server checked on us once but never came back to refill drinks. My main reason for 3 stars was they have WIFI but it’s not available for customers to use. We have been traveling for 2.5 months and this was the first time WIFI was not available in a restaurant. Come on, you can do better!

Katherine made the visit amazing. This was our first time visiting the coach house.
We most definitely will be back!
The food was amazing. It was fast I almost dare to say faster then most fast food chains. The breading was well seasoned everything about this place screamed home just as if you were eating at home with friends and family. 10/10 would recommend!

Normally decent pricing and food while dine in. But ordered a grilled chicken sandwich expecting it to have everything a sandwich comes with and I got a 9$ pice of chicken $1 extra for gluten free bread a pickle and a $4 thing of mashed potatoes which is crazy because a side comes with a sandwich. Also ordered fried haddock dinner and got 1 small piece of fish for $20.

I have not been to the Coach House in many years as it went downhill a couple years ago. We decided to give it a try today and I am so happy that we did. I had the chicken fried pork, and my mom had the reuban sandwich. Mine was super good…the side salad that came with it was wonderful. Moms sandwich was great…it actually had enough meat on it….something you don’t find in most places. All in all, it was a really great place to eat, we will be back!

Went back for the 5th time now. We love this place for breakfast. I had to share the latest thing I got there. It was superb. The waitress was super friendly and attentive. She said after they we short staffed. I never would have guessed that. She did a great job. Portions were generous, and prices were fair. Food was good.

This is a nice hometown restaurant with a hearty breakfast. My husband & I ordered the Carbwatcher Breakfast and the Maine Blueberry Pancakes to share. The Carbwatcher was 3 eggs, 2 sausages, a slice of ham, and 3 pieces of bacon. The Maine Blueberry pancakes with Maine Maple syrup were the star of the show. Stop in and getcha some!

On our way through Bangor, we stopped into the Coach House Restaurant. We were seated quickly. Upon entry, the restaurant seemed more like cafeteria style dining. There were a lot of patrons. The noise level was high. I ordered the fish chowder and large garden salad. It cost me about $20 with tip. $8.50 for the garden salad seemed steep. The soup was tasty and hot although a bit thin on the base. The salad was a salad. Nothing to write home about there! This was a last minute decision on our part. My friend had spaghetti and a whoppie pie – which I hear the base is made with Crisco. That would be enough to make me sick, but she said it was good.
