Under my previous review, I was advised to contact support. I did so — Case Number: 34119556. However, their response only included the promotion rules, which actually confirm that I am correct in this matter. The issue was still not resolved.
I don’t understand why I was told to contact support if they don’t actually resolve any issues. In the end, my time was wasted.

I ordered a plain and simple egg and cheese bagel, no meat. I’ve ordered this before at this location and many others. They gave me a toasted bagel with butter and bacon only. Wasted purchase.

First time I ever had a very bad experience at McDonald’s at this store my order was wrong 2 times in row first time I didn’t call or nothing I just trow away my frappe and then today 12/27/2025 my order was wrong again went back to get it fix and the lady at the window didn’t even apologized at all and when I was about to eat my sandwich it was horrible the muffin was very hard

Just went in for a coffee and did not want to use the kiosk. The gentleman in front of me had been waiting for 5-10 minutes before he started calling for someone to come to the front. After another minute, a lady finally came to the register and said, “You can use the kiosk.” The lady was obviously upset with the fact that he wanted to have his order taken by a real person. Very rude and unkind staff.
