If I could go back in time and make it so Buffalo Wild Wings on Cedar Road in Cleveland Heights **never opened, I absolutely would**. This experience was **beyond frustrating** from start to finish.
The wait to be seated was **ridiculously long**, despite the restaurant not being crowded. Once we finally got a table, the service was **shockingly bad**—completely inattentive, dismissive, and downright negligent. We ordered drinks, but they **never arrived**, and not once did anyone check in to fix the issue. Then, when we decided to leave, they had the audacity to **try charging us for drinks we never received**.
It’s clear that **customer service is not a priority at this location**. If you want to be ignored, frustrated, and outright scammed, then sure, give them a visit. Otherwise, take your business somewhere that actually values it.

I ordered a delivery order DIRECTLY through the bdubs app on dec 5 2025. Close to $50 20 wings, fries, and a burger… made the order at 6:33 delivery said by 7:45 & I live ~10 mins away.. 8pm I’m still waiting so I call DoorDash who bdubs uses for delivery (again I ordered this on bdubs app). They said driver had been pulled over but would be @ my home in 10 mins… he never shows up.
DD makes a replacement order for me & says it will be delivered within 30 mins, at this point it’s been 3 and a half hours since I ordered and would be over 4 once I got the order but I understand this is on DD and not bdubs and at least I’m getting freshly made food… the driver calls me & says BDUBS is REFUSING TO REMAKE THE ORDER. I thought it was a joke until he put me on speaker and I heard them say it. So I call the store and the girl who answers the phone confirmed they REFUSED TO MAKE THE ORDER???? She then hung up on me when I asked to speak to management.
DD apologized but said they couldn’t do anything else if they are refusing to make the order. Once again this was ordered on the bdubs app!! My kids and I waited till after 10pm for food that never arrived and not due to anyone other than BDUBS refusing to make the order. They said something about me having to come pick it up which is insane when I paid almost 15$ extra for delivery fees and tip to get delivery along with the fact I was not driving because my car was getting worked on and my husband had taken our oldest son to the Cavs game. By the time they got the SECOND order canceled most places were closed and my kids were starving understandably. I worked in the industry for over a decade so for me to leave a review like this is RARE, in fact this is a first. But I was soooo shocked and disappointed I had to let it be known!
I also called their corporate customer service the next day who were less than underwhelming in their response that they’d make a note of the issue. I’ve been a bdubs customer for years literally since I was a kid and would go to the original wing nights. This was a terrible experience!!!!!

I ordered two dishes from this place yesterday. One was the Honey BBQ Chicken Salad, and the other one was Chicken Dippers. I got the salad with literally four half-slices of tomato (I had to add my own at home), without shredded carrots, bacon crumbles, green onions and lime (literally missing half the ingredients). Chicken Dippers came without two dips I chose, then I had to eat it with ketchup at home. 3 stars only for the chicken itself, it’s tasted quite good

Awful experience. My DoorDash order was wrong, and when I called the restaurant I was placed on hold for 25 minutes. No one apologized. I was told the order would be remade, but when I arrived with the incorrect food, they hadn’t even started it. I then waited an additional 40 minutes in the lobby. Completely disorganized and disrespectful of customers’ time.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever seen at a BWW. I’ve been here 4 times. Everytime I’ve waited 20-30 min before a waiter acknowledged my presence. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or just don’t understand the restaraunt industry. The last time I ordered at the counter for take out. There was no one there for 25 min before I could put an order in. It came out 45 min later incorrect. The food is decent but expect to wait and be ignored.

this is supposed to be one of the good buffalo wild wings. they’re very stingy i ordered onion rings yesterday and they only gave me four! they’re stingy with the sauce i ordered hot wings and they were very dry (didn’t order dry rub) also the people they have working at the counter are not professional the girl was texting some man on her phone getting annoyed while taking orders. the ranch they gave they could’ve kept it, it wasn’t even half way full. i was charged extra for a side of hot sauce and it still wasn’t enough. i paid for a lemonade and it took forever for the lady to tell me i had to get something else because they didn’t have lemonade after she made me pay $4 for it. wrap up cedar’s buffalo wild wings.

We ordered food through Uber Eats, but the delivery was never completed. The order kept getting delayed, and the driver later said that our food had been stolen and that he was the fourth driver assigned — yet the delivery location never even changed on the map. While this might partly be a system issue with Uber Eats, the restaurant should also take extra care to double-check that the food is safely and properly delivered to customers.

Do not give business to these people. I ordered thru the app and the food was supposed to be ready by 9.10. We were there 10 min earlier. We waited for 1 h and left since my sister tried to ask for an update but they were rude and not helpful. Once home I called to try to cancel my order and they never picked up the phone. I got charged for the order anyway. I called many times to speak with the manager. The guy that almost always answered was Antonio and sometimes he said “I am the manager” (clearly wasn’t) or “the manager is not available”. I emailed the main company and they reached out to the restaurant. The restaurant called me back, asked for the details of the transaction and said “You’re good to go, you’ll receive the refund”. Never got it. I called back and here there was Antonio. I said “Remeber we talked? I haven’t received my refund, can you help?” He said I didn’t speak with him and that he is back from 2 weeks off and that thwre are 2 Antonios (what are the odds?). I Emailed the company again, let’s see what happens. Avoid!

While there today, I had their Southern style crispy chicken sandwich. This is my dish of choice when dining there. My good friend and I have been here before on a Sunday during football season and it was packed to the proverbial rafters.
