Ebony was FANTASTIC! I enjoyed some small talk with her and she was so kind and checked on me and make sure I had everything I needed at all times. I love coming to this location when I travel. My food was not great however. First they were out of the filet I ordered, so I went with the sirloin. I did order medium well but my steak was very very well done and dry. There was also some weird clear liquid on my plate with my fries not sure what it was. The Mac and cheese was good.

Beer was cold and delicious, but the food….yummy. The salad was fresh and very good, but the salmon..the salmon, rice and broccoli were all seasoned perfectly and absolutely delicious. Thank you Longhorn for a yummy rest after a day of flying.

I stopped here in between flights at Detroit airport. The waiter Alex was great with my food allergies. The meal was filling and gluten free and nut free. Friendly staff there and prompt service. I highly recommend for an airport meal.

Stopped in here to try and get a solid meal before an 8 hour flight. Ordered the sirloin medium, came out completely raw, server never came to check on us and ignored us for 45 minutes and just dropped the check and said nothing. I know it’s airport food but come on.

There was a short 10 minute wait due to time I arrive close to dinner time but it went by fast .
Quickly seated and given the menu . Menu is straightforward and to the point with classics such as steaks for main entrees , several salads and handhelds.
I chose the chicken bacon sandwich but instead of fried got it grilled : a great choice for a more healthy option. Chicken is well grilled and the sandwich is certainly tasty . Multiple sides to choose from but I kept it simple with French fries
Service is good and fast which is all one can hope for in a airport

It’s been a long, exhausting week, so when I arrived at DTW and saw a Longhorn steakhouse I decided to treat myself to one of my favorite meals. Got seated after a very short wait. I was really looking forward to a good experience. Unfortunately it was not to be. Took a long time to take my order, my salad came out before my drink, and it took 45 minutes for my steak to arrive. What really ruined the experience was to total lack of empathy and hospitality from the server. Walking by several times, avoiding eye contact, only one time saying that it’ll be out in a couple of minutes (that was 15 before it actually came out). No apology, no manager visit. People traveling are going through a lot, a little understanding would go a long way. Yes the food was good, I was looking for the experience.

Walked in at 3pm on a Sunday and was seated right away. My server Kristin had a table of about 15 and was still very attentive. I ordered a bowl of loaded potato soup and a seven pepper salad. Everything was perfect. Other servers were attentive in picking up dirty dishes from my table. Overall a great experience and I look forward to returning.

Caught me completely off guard. Most airport dining is mediocre at best but I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Very delicious meal, pork chops were juicy and hot, mashed potatoes and brussle spouts were good too. Outside of Tokyo airport this is absolutely one of the best meals I’ve ever had in an airport.
