I came here and spend $22 for a bowl, side of guac, side of queso and chips. To say that the food was bad its belittling how horrible it was. There was no taste whatsover in any of the food, they barely gave me any meat to not say they gave me 3 pieces of meat. The chips were old and the queso was bland. Also the pic(medium) was just tomato chopped up.

This place has to be a joke. I’ve never experienced such stingy small portions for the price at a chipotle and it’s only the older women working the line. Every other chipotle i go to gives you a spoon full, but here they give u half a spoon of food and when you look at them like uhm is this a joke and ask for a little more, they’ll add two specs of extra rice or threaten to charge more. And from reading through the reviews it looks like many people feel the same. I don’t mind paying more for extra food, but it’s the point that they’re not even given the correct portions in the first place.

Every time we come to this location it’s around 6:30- 7 pm and every time they either run out of rice or they rush cook it and it’s undercooked and crunchy. Yet we come back as it’s right next to the house. You would think knowing a dinner rush is coming that management would be prepared for this. Instead we wait in line for 20 min to be told we have to wait an additional 20 min for the rice to be cooked. Management needs training.

I go to this chipotle pretty often .. maybe a couple times a week. Normally they’re pretty good but tonight they must have gotten lazy. I ordered two quesadillas and one wasn’t even cooked. At all. The other was maybe in the oven or whatever they use for maybe a minute. Pretty much just chicken and unmelted cheese wrapped up in a tortilla and cut in half. Highly disappointed. Hopefully a manager sees this and does something.

Well, you already have a low score so one more won’t hurt. Disappointing experience tonight. In this store weekly with my friend so I know how it works= bowls & burritos. This time- to save a snack for later- requested a barbacoa salad. Nice young lady added in a few greens & requested more from the kitchen. I noticed that the original was brown, wilted & watery so indicated that I would not take that, so she threw it out , used the fresh & proceeded to add beans, salsa & cheese. I had asked for barbacoa on the side- just wrap it in foil I suggested.. She kindly mentioned that it might leak & put what looked like a typical portion in another bowl. All good- right? NO way. You have another lady there- we’ve seen her often- who’s primary duty seems to be to mean mug your guests with arrogance & disrespect. When it was time to pay she decided to take the whole order apart- opening up my containers to examine, dumped my protein, fetched a little condiment container & with tongs proceed to pound barbacoa into it & converse with the other server as though I wasn’t present. I managed to get her attention, stating that I wasn’t accepting that. So with her well & previously observed contempt she demanded- “Didn’t you order a salad with barbacoa on the side?” I assented & replied that I was not accepting that barbacoa that way, not to mention that there’s no way to fill that container with inflexible protein & that the original packaging was fine. She then began to lecture me about the capacity of that container, again in the most dismissive manner. This person is not an asset to your operation. Let’s just create a 10 minute episode & catastrophe over a salad. Anyway, you all are already on thin ice with our loyalty. The food is barely palatable. The virtue is in the basic ingredients, swift & simple. Chipotle is known for variable quality, variable portions & variable service. Look around- like so many other brands- easily replaced & forgotten. Meanwhile maybe a least solve a local problem with Ms Mean Mug & her displaced priorities.

Not good. Long wait and short line. It shouldn’t take that long with the food being fully prepped and ready. Quality was so off. The chicken was not good. Ended up throwing most of it away. The rest of the bowl: veggies, beans and rice no flavor, bland. What happened here? This is my usual order. I’m a huge Chipotle fan. Not fresh tasting.
Edit: actually forgot to say that the guacamole was good.

Very good place to get fast food without compromising quality. Prices are still decent, although that might change in the near future as ownership is targeting customers who make in excess of 100,000 a year.

I hate this Chipotle with a burning passion. Eveytime I ordered from this place I always get cheated on something, they never have my to go order ready i have to wait 10 plus minutes after the app says its ready for pick up. The food portions are out of control they are super small for the prices we pay. When i asked an employee about this they said they are just following managers directions. And the most recent is what causes me to have to go a farther location. The rice was extremely salty. That I couldn’t eat it. I contacted chiplote about it, no refund was given. Im considering just not order chiplote again. Because i shouldn’t have to drive far to get a meal.

I’ll be going to a different location from now on. There is an employee at this location whose behavior consistently makes the experience unpleasant. She frequently mean-mugs and bad-mouths others, yells at customers and coworkers, has a poor attitude, and mishandles food. Even when she is clearly in the wrong, she responds by yelling at customers.
Today was the final straw. I was given only four small pieces of carne asada, and when I politely asked for a little more, she yelled that it would count as double meat. Meanwhile, my friend ahead of me received two full spoonfuls and was not charged extra. I also ordered two kids’ meal quesadillas and was charged for both, but she threw away the sides for one of the meals and still charged me. When I asked about the missing sides, she yelled that there was “no point” in giving them to me.
I’m very disappointed by the repeated negative treatment from this employee. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different location.
After scrolling through the prior reviews I’m not surprised and could take an educated guess at the employee in question.

Inconsistent in portion and flavor. Some days the chicken is so salty you can’t eat whole bowl. They heavy hand the sour cream most days making it cold meal immediately and just awful. If you ask for less you barely get it. I have paid for double portion for husband and it is still same amount mine was. The other day I was there and they had NO CHICKEN which meant everyone in my family got to eat but me as I do not eat the other meat choices.
