This was such a cool place to visit. The upstairs is an exact replica of the actual set which was in California. Our waitress Julie was so helpful and her service was impeccable. The food comes out fast and hot and the drinks as well. Will definitely be back soon

LOVED this McDonalds for most of my life. Last two times I’ve been there they messed my order up. No big deal I’m a chill dude. However, being told I’m “wrong”, “you don’t just want this” and “you’ll have to wait then” put me over the edge. Mistakes happen. But twice in one week with very poor customer service response has me back to Wendy’s, BK, KFC and pretty much every other spot on Queen street.

I know McDonald’s is a fast-food place and expectations shouldn’t be sky-high, but what I dealt with during my visit was ridiculous. I ordered through the app, got my confirmation code, and even gave the code through the drive-thru speaker. I was told everything was good and to pull forward. Then suddenly, a worker wearing a pink McDonald’s shirt (the night manager or night shift lead—whatever her title is) comes to the window just to tell me my order was canceled.
I have never heard of an app order being canceled for no reason, and the whole situation felt like they were just too lazy to make it. Instead of fixing the issue, she told me to cancel the order myself on the app and then told me I had to reorder it again—and wouldn’t even let me order at the counter.
It was a complete waste of time. Now I have to wait a couple of business days to get my money back for an order they canceled. Terrible experience and even worse customer service. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon

Service is garbage. Lady (I think the manager) wanted call to cops on me because I wanted to refill a cup of soda that I got in the drive thought like 40 min ago. She was yelling at me and she was very rude and unprofessional. She was threatening to call the police and under the threat of her calling the police I had to pay for the drink one more time. I also smelled alcohol coming from her breath somebody from McDonald’s Corp should check on this lady.

My husband lost his wallet in the parking lot of this McDonalds A customer outside must have handed it to an employee inside this McDonalds When my husband went went to check this particular McDonalds to see if his wallet had been found, an employee said yes and handed my husband his wallet. Now mind you everything was still in the wallet, and so was his 150$. Thanking everyone here for letting us believe that nice, truthful people still do exist!

They make my food wrong 4 out of 5 times!!! I’m to the point that when I go to this location I will now not leave the window without pulling my burger out of the bag, unwrapping it and checking and every time,never fails!!!! It’s like against the law to say no cheese!!! Cheese every single time!!!! Cheese is like poison to some people! Makes you extremely sick!!! Then just the other day I got a dbl bgr absolutely plain!! They don’t know what they’re doing at this location. We ordered a hot chocolate and a iced coffee. The claim they ran out of chocolate to make a hot chocolate even though they started it halfway. So we ordered a coffee. They handed it to us unfortunately we drove away and found out it wasn’t even warm. Do not go here or waste your time or money. They don’t know what they are doing.

For the THIRD TIME. My boyfriend ordered spicy snack wraps and instead got ranch. He cannot have ranch. And they refused to do anything about it. They have lost us as customers. Actually ridiculous.
