They have me a vanilla milkshake when I asked for strawberry. They didn’t give me extra fries when I ordered a kids meal. Didn’t give me the hamburger I ordered. This place needs some responsible, organized workers. This is just ridiculous.

Gave a 1-star to bring attention to this review. The food was good, the service was punctual, but it’s hard to have a good atmosphere when the whole restaurant can hear the manager calling her employees “stupid” and “idiots.” It is not very professional and I felt bad for the employees working with her. I don’t know her name, but she was working December 14th at 2:30 pm. Someone above her needs to discuss her tone with her team members.

We went to order drive through and they switched like 3 people and we ended up paying separately and more for value meal also we were dropped off without letting us complete our order so we had so go in and then they created like a whole mess omg it took like a half an hour for this whole 5 minutes ordeal plus they didn’t even give us the receipt. I placed an order through the app 10 or 11 days ago. The app glitched out and I ended up having two charges for the order. No big deal. This should be a simple fix. But the customer service experience has been garbage. Not only have I not received a refund for the duplicate order, I have not even received a response from an actual human person. I keep receiving what can only be bot responses claiming that the issue has been sent to the appropriate management and that I’m a valued customer. Well. Both of those are obviously untrue. This is an unacceptably bad level of customer service.
e: It has not been more than a month since the issue. There is still no resolution. I did receive a response from the regional customer retention office; however I have not received any further responses from that individual nor have I received a refund for the order.

I try to be patient and understanding but to have 3 people pull to spots and wait for a drink with no explanation or reason. For a drink…… poor service especially since no one was be finds me waiting or came through the drive thru after me… Do better! I guess fast food is no longer fast food again I waited five minutes for a drink. At least tell your customer that you’re having to refill something they’re waiting on the machine to reset some kind of explanation. No wonder we can’t get people to work. It must be too much to do that.

Very clean and friendly. Facility is designed in a robust modernized station. Chairs are very comfortable and view is nice too. Food is standard fast food. I had to find the nearest bathroom afterwards. I lost 12 pounds today just from having a burger and fries. Best way to lose weight!
