I started going through the drive thru but cars kept getting stuck on the icy hump, so I went in. There were 2 people working, at 5 pm, they focused on the drive thru before the customers inside and there was only a family of 5 inside and me. I waited for 20mins to get my food. I guess they did their best with only 2 people working.

DO NOT EAT INSIDE OR PLAN on it if you’re on break. There was 4 of them working and I was the only in the lobby with 2 car in the drive through. I waited exactly 16 minutes for my food and they told me 5. After 15 minutes I had asked for an update, the lady worker went to the prep area and I heard her say, “He’s Rushing” How am I rushing after patiently waiting 15 minutes for “fast food” and there’s no one else but me and 2 other cars waiting. As I was leaving, one of the cars waiting walked in to cancel his order due to the long wait as well. I get it if you short staffed and busy but it definitely wasn’t busy as I was the only one and 2 other cars. O and I seen them and hear them using the microwave to re heat food which is definitely wrong doing. I wonder if that’s how they prep food for orders. I lost my appetite and handed my food away

I was there on a Sunday and it took 20 mins for my order and forever to be even greeted but they only had 2 people working so give them some credit. The Italian sub and double deluxe burger was delicious!

I’ve never been to this location and the service was exceptional dining in. Alaina was so polite and although still learning the POS, she asked for help and was courteous through the entire time. She was patient and the Mananger ANnyah was patient and helpful with Alaina. I’m very impressed. Even the manager stayed busy! The interior was very clean!! I mean it too. Every personnel kept positive with a smile and kept busy. I didn’t feel any negative vibes or a frown- like someone couldn’t wait to get out of work or annoyed being at work like other fast food restaurants. Way exceptional from next door: McDonald’s service and food.

The quality is usually good from this location but not today. My chicken, bacon Swiss was nasty and missing the bacon. The gyro pita was so dry and crumbled to pieces. And the large curly fries was only filled halfway.
