PNM Food Reviews
It had been a while since my last visit to Raising Cane’s—back when I was living in Ohio—so I decided to give it another go. Overall, the experience was decent. The fries were crisp and tasty, and the chicken fingers were cooked just right—no complaints on the quality front.
Now, let’s talk sauce. Their signature Cane’s Sauce is a no-go for me—anything mayo-based is a hard pass. The biggest disappointment? The complete lack of sauce variety. Besides hot sauce and ketchup, there’s nothing else on offer. No ranch, no honey mustard, not even BBQ.
Would a side of ranch have improved the experience? Definitely. It might’ve even bumped this review up a notch. Until then, it’s solid chicken with limited flavor flexibility.

This place has good chicken tenders and the sauce is good. Place is always clean and staff is friendly and they have manners. The dinning area has a great decor and vibe. Prices are bad either.

The food was better than ok, but nothing to Write home about. It was hot, but did not have alot of flavor by itself. The tenders seemed to be lacking any kind of spice at all.. The sauce was good. I’m not sure what all the hype is about. The bread was also good.

I had a really good experience at Raising Cane’s. Rosa at the register was very friendly, patient, and made me feel welcome right away. The service was fast and everything was fresh. They were also playing Deftones which honestly made the whole vibe even better. Great customer service and I’ll definitely be back.

My daughter saw an advertisement for Raising Canes and we drove 45 minutes to try it out. The chicken was fried perfectly crispy while the inside was still juicy. The kitchen area is open and you can see everyone prepping and handing food. I like this much better than the hidden kitchens most fast food places have.
Ice T and I both agree that Raising Canes has THE BEST sweet tea. It’s similar to what my southern grandmother used to make.

Average Chicken Restaurant with pretty good service. Very crowded when we arrived, couldn’t even find seating for 5. My granddaughter sat in my lap for the meal.
Service was good, the meal was good, but nothing extra ordinary. Priced a little high for the quantity and quality of the food (my opinion).

We had a chance to stop at a Raising Cane’s yesterday and are so glad we did! We were out of town on the way to a concert, so we will have to find one in Miami Beach also. But in the meantime, this location was great! It has a very nice, spacious dining area inside as well as outside. One of the better cared for outdoor areas that I have experienced in a long time.
We both ordered the chicken fingers combo with fries and Sprite. The chicken was juicy inside and crispy on the outside. The sauce is amazing!Yummy fries, too! So good!!
Service was fast and friendly. They have a drive-thru plus an attached free parking lot.

My favorite chicken fingers and texas toast. The lemonade and canes sauce are also amazing. Great location, huge open area for parking and two lane drive through that moves quickly.

I live close to this location and I was really looking forward to trying their food. I was very pleased with their food. I got the Box Combo and The sandwich combo. The chicken was perfectly cooked, not too much breading, all white meat and the bun on the sandwich so soft and a subtle sweet taste. The sauce was a good sidekick. If it was up to me, I would like to see more sauces! I would recommend trying it. Hopefully they focus on consistency so everyone can have the same experience.
