Here I was, enjoying the crisp pleasantries of mid-fall, when a certain stupor came over me. Upon the beckoning of a dear friend, I was overwhelmed with temptation, and I did visit this establishment. Given the winter festivities approaching, this establishment did make clear of their intention to celebrate. Among these practices, the establishment did sell a frozen beverage known as the “Peppermint Brownie Bark Shake”. Given that I am quite the gourmand when it comes to creamy soft serve, its delectable pairing with such festive arrangements sounded impeccable. And a cherry to boot! The fellow Davion who brought the treat to our vehicle was an upstanding gentleman, in his handling of our beverages and of our plastic cutleries. Upon returning home, I did try the beverage, however, I was moderately disappointed. My suggestion would be that it be known as the “peppermint bark brownie shake” rather than its given name, guided by the simple fact that the ratio of peppermint to brownie was easily 10 to 1. And that is not a fair fight. Oh how my teeth stuck together! I could only consume about half before my mastication grew labored and my molars began to ache. A supreme establishment, but the beverages do not quite meet the standards of what I would expect from such an institution.

Customer Service:
Stalls were apparently closed when we arrived, but they started to take our order anyway until they realized we weren’t in the drive through. We went to the drive through, as requested, only to wait for another 2 mins to get someone to take our order. There were no other customers.
Cleanliness:
It was apparent that the staff was 2 hours from closing, doing tasks in various parts of the kitchen area. The Cashier was wiping down the window service table with a disposable cloth, then used the same cloth to wipe down the ice cream machine. No sanitary solution bucket in use.
As for the food:
The lids on our drinks were loose. Ordered a burger, a footlong, cheese tots and 2 drinks. No tots, but instead a regular coney was sitting next to the footlong. The footlong was 2 regular hotdogs that had been on the roller for too long.
You should have figured out by now that I am well versed in the food business and I just want you to do better than this. You were supposed to be the comfort food that my mental health asked for tonight, instead, I’m further disappointed.

Multiple times we’ve pulled up and nobody at the speaker so we pull up to the window and nobody’s at the window to take our order either.
When we do place our order for whatever reason this sonics drinks are way watered down compared to the other sonics. Even after happy hour.

Had to repeat order 4 times for 3 burgers . to the
MANAGER at drive thru..she got it wrong .. took back all 3 of them .. got all 3 wrong AGAIN!.
The food itself is much better than Lotta burger BUT. The staff is useless.

Usually stuff are pretty friendly today however they were not I waited for over 20 minutes when I asked how much longer they said it’ll be a minute and then took another 10 minutes for a burger and a drink not very happy with them today

Another Quick burger bite, they fill the hunger void when a WhataBurger isn’t within driving distance, stay away from the newest Sonic on the Westside of Albuquerque, wrong orders, bad attitudes, definitely brings the local franchise down a few notches.
