Order was fresh and hot, staff were friendly, overall enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend.
Ordered around 7 pm. Got there around 7:15. Order took another 5 minutes to be ready. It was hot and fresh, even after the 15 minute drive home. The fish especially tasted good.
Staff seemed to have their hands full with a bunch of orders that all dropped at once. Took a minute or two to greet me, but they were friendly and were communicating to make sure my order was correct.

Not thrilled and probably won’t bother going back to any Roy Rogers with how terrible the last few experiences have been. We ordered in the drive thru and had to repeat the order a few times to get the correct sides and drinks, which is whatever, people are busy. I ordered the gold rush sandwich and I’ve had it before elsewhere and I know it’s not supposed to be one, sad little chicken tender not even half the width of the bun and as thin as cardboard. That’s not even an exaggeration, it really was that small and disappointing. I honestly should have gone back and demanded a refund or remake because that’s ridiculous for a $12 meal.

I normally don’t take the time to write but I find it necessary. I work right near this Roy Rogers and I used to love Roy Rogers back in the day when I worked in Langley Park. I have come here a few times and the food has consistently been served cold The drive-thru window persons truly don’t know the meaning of customer service. I would skip lunch if I have to come to this restaurant.

I haven’t had Roy Roger’s food in quite some time. The service was fast! My food was fresh and tasted really good ! I was truly impressed

Nope. Nothing wrong with the service. The app is broken, no online orders. And the food is meh, but that’s subjective. I feel that the chicken was sitting there for hours before it was served to me. I didn’t like it.

The posted schedule says it closes at 11pm on Saturday but the doors were locked at 1030pm today, no drive thru, no walk in. Nothing. Employees ignored us when we knocked on the door. We had gotten off a very long international flight and were very disappointed this store is not following its posted hours.

I usually don’t post bad reviews of restaurants, but I must share my experience. We placed our order through the drive through. They told us to wait and park beyond the window. We willingly did so, however after waiting for several minutes I decided to go inside. The first thing that hit me was the awful smell. It smelled like old grease. It was an overpowering odor. When I got our order, mine was wrong. They corrected it, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, when I bit into the food, the taste was horrible, like old grease. I had to throw the food away. I was shocked because I remember when this Roy Rogers opened years ago. I was a regular customer at that time. I moved away years later, so this was my first visit there in a long time. P!ease, please Roy Rogers management, do something about the smell, thoroughly clean your equipment, etc. In good conscience, I would not recommend folks visit there until you do so.BTW, the employees were cordial and professional. No complaint about this.

I ordered a three piece chicken with fries and requested no salt on the fries. I received a box with three pieces of chicken so hard I could use them to hit some nails into a wall. The chicken was hard, old and looked bad. The biscuit would knock you out if you were hit in the head with it. Just dry, hard and tastes just like flour. Just nasty. The fries had extra salt in them. I spoke to a female who said she was the manger and her name was “Yolanda”. When I explained the issue with the food and told her that I would like to speak to someone else, she told me that I didn’t need her last name and laughed.
Roy Rogers used to be a nice place to eat but I will NEVER go back there. The inedible food and horrible customer service is for someone else to put up with. I would be willing to bet that the location in Burtonsville is doing so great financially. Just ridiculous.

Stopped here on our drive back home and found mold on my crescent. Unfortunately I can’t take it back and get a refund due to already being back on the highway.

Very disappointed is an understatement. Haven’t seen a RR since the 80’s… I thought they all went under back then. My go to meal was the Double R Burger back then, so i was trying to relive my memories from the 70s and 80s… I guess. My sandwich was a big mess, the meat and ham weren’t even on the buns along with a dry burger. I should’ve taken a picture, but I was too hungry to think straight. Still hungry, I ordered the Lg Roast Beef sandwich. Another disappointment, the beef was very dry, but again… I was too hungry.
Not too many Roy Rogers restaurants around anymore… if the food quality is like this location, I don’t expect to see them around too much longer.
