We do everything from scratch—from grinding pasture-raised Alberta beef fresh each morning to whipping up our secret Meltro sauces—and bake our buns daily for that just-out-of-the-oven goodness. Meltro Burger Craft makes the best burgers I’ve ever tried! I had the Blue Temptation burger and it was absolutely incredible — a must-try for any cheese lover. The manager was also extremely kind and recommended a special kids’ burger for our 4-year-old from their new children’s menu called Nifertiti Icone. Our child loved it!
The staff is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the service was fast even during busy hours. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is great, and you can really feel the passion they put into their food.
Highly recommended for families and group of friends and burger lovers — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Meltro Burger is one of the most underrated gourmet burger spots around. I ordered the Zac Attack (secret menu item perfect for post workout as it’s super high protein) with truffle fries, and the quality was outstanding always juicy, fresh, perfectly cooked (to my preference), and impressively consistent every visit. I also love the Honey Dragon when I’m super hungry, majesty for a classic and the iconic when I need a smaller snack. The burgers are rich but never greasy or heavy, which sets it apart from most premium burger places. You actually digest it easily and it makes a great post gym meal.
The owners come from a Michelin-star kitchen background and it shows in both the food and the hospitality. It’s a small, humble space right now, but the care and craftsmanship are top tier. You need to eat in for best results as everything comes out hot and fresh.
For the price (about $18 for a double made from in-house ground steak), it’s easily worth it tbh underpriced for the quality.
A true hidden gem. I recommend it to anyone who actually cares about ingredient quality and execution!!

CRAZY good food. I kept seeing Melto Burger all over TikTok, and let me tell you — it did not disappoint. We’re huge burger fans, and I can confidently say this is the best burger in Calgary so far.
For anyone from Ukraine looking for something comparable to Epic Cheeseburger (our gold standard), Melto is 100% the Calgary equivalent.

We dined in here for the first time, and honestly, I think they have the best burger in town. The corn on the side was incredibly delicious — I could literally eat a hundred of them! The burger was outstanding, the fries were surprisingly tasty, and even the bun was fresh, which impressed me considering we went around midnight.
The service was great, and everyone was super kind. Next time, we ordered online, and the quality was just as perfect.

I was very hyped to try this burger and fries and the marketing and rating behind this shop just really set my expectations a bit too high to what was ultimately delivered to me.
I will give this place another try and maybe try a different burger, but the flavor profile of the sauce just really didn’t do it for me. I can see the ingredients themselves are high quality, but the end product just didn’t deliver. The fries and the sauce were also not that groundbreaking.
It was also quite a wait to get this, which is why I am giving the place 4 stars. Happy to change it when I come next time and if I have a different experience.

The hamburgers are absolutely delicious; the meat is perfectly cooked with the bread and tasty sauces.The place is great, and the service is amazing. Best burger place ever! I don’t think I can go anywhere else. Took my girlfriend there on our first date, and they let us stay past closing. There are so many unique burger options, all homeade ingredients for a good price. They are super nice to talk too. Well worth it! Worth 6 stars!
