Usually i like this place and the food is solid, if a bit expensive for what it is. Just got a açaí bowl which is over $10 with the Nutella add on for an extra $1.29 and this is the banana they use. Pretty disgusting. Last time they screwed something up I sent an online complaint and they sent me a $10 gift card that didn’t even work so rather than complain privately this time I just figured I would post the pics.
If you don’t have fresh bananas just say so and I would be fine with subbing it with something else. Why stick it in there like this and hope nobody notices? Do they think that blind people are using the drive through?

I can’t say that I would go back. I found out that each smoothie contains about 1/4c of added sugar? We got the mango monsoon which was, meh-okay and we also got the sunrise sunset that had absolutely no flavor whatsoever (we got both with no added sugar- you shouldn’t have to add that much sugar to anything, especially fruit.) I visited this location with my kids today. When I started my order, the GM came out and informed me that their system was restarting and would take 15 minutes. I asked if I could order in the app, but he confirmed that the entire system was down, preventing any orders. We sat at a table and patiently waited for about 20 minutes, during which time a couple of customers came in, ordered, and sat down to wait. I assumed the system was back up. As I was about to get up to order, the GM reappeared, saw me, and stated that the system wasn’t ready and would take longer, then immediately disappeared again to the back. I stayed for about 20 more minutes (about 40 minutes total) because I promised my kids smoothies and walked them across town to get them one. The other customers received their orders and left, some other people picked up online orders, and multiple people went through the drive-thru. Once it was clear I was being singled out for some reason, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I left, picked up ingredients at HEB, and made smoothies at home. I’m unsure why I was singled out and couldn’t order smoothies while others were allowed to. I probably won’t be returning to this restaurant

I was planning on ordering a smoothie but chicken pesto flatbread sounded too good to pass up. I was not disappointed. Can’t wait to go back and try a bowl or a smoothie.

We came 45 minutes before closing and still received great service. There was a bit of a weight but after getting our salads and my island breeze smoothie I cannot complain. Will definitely be back!
