I ordered 2 fish sandwich & a 6pk chicken nuggets. One fish sandwich was good, the other was only fish on bun. No tarter sauce. Dry. I knew they brought the food really quick. The workers need more training!

No matter what you order or when, you are made to wait. I preordered through the app. Knowing how bad the service is at this place. I pulled through the drive through and went to window and was told to pull into a parking space and wait. Food wasn’t ready. I just told them to keep it and pulled away. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. So happy that there is another Mc Donalds on Bryan Rd, near by. Different franchisee and completely different type of service.

not exaggerating when i say every. single. time. i go here, i have to call them after because they messed up my order. and it’s never a small mess up, either. i’m constantly being handed cold stale food or the wrong order overall. ridiculous. the female manager said she was going to lay into her employees the last time i called, i assume that never happened. go to the location on Bryan, it’s worth the extra 5 minute drive. trust. all of their workers here are incompetent.

Got a couple of snack wraps in the drive through. They were soggy and old to the point of being inedible. The lettuce was browning, the ranch had been absorbed, and the “crispy” chicken was limp mess.

You really can’t pour an ounce of care into your product, can you? Every single McDonald’s in rural Missouri offers a juicy double cheeseburger. Not your location!! Where do you come from? Just absolutely disgusting product, day in & day out. If I were the General Manager, I would be humiliated with the rest & vest job I do. Just ordered a McRib value meal this evening for the first time in 10 years. Received the meal the McRib was on a hamburger bun and the barbecue sauce tasted burnt never ever do McDonald’s again this is why I stopped. Really sad this was $10.00. McDonald’s really just needs to close.

Look we know McDonald’s is not a 5 star experience. But as far as this one goes, it’s the best a McDonald’s can be. Fry’s were great golden and crispy. Burgers were prepared neatly and to order. Nuggets were even great and we all know that’s just paste. The guy that brought the food out was so nice it felt like Chick-fil-A. It’s too bad that this is a rare experience, but we all know how most McDonald’s are. This one deserves to stand out a little!
