This was my first time going to William’s restaurant after hearing about their great food & service. I ordered the fish & chips plus a bowl of seafood chowder to go…..wow is all I can say!! To say the food is delicious is an understatement. The fish was 100% amazing and the seafood chowder was the best hands down that I’ve tasted in a very long time, I especially loved the creamy texture of the chowder. This place has made me wanting more but unfortunately I’m moving to Nova Scotia this weekend and that makes it too far to drive. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Fredericton. Thank you for the delicious food and friendly service. You deserve 10/5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Great and quick little fish and Chips joint. It was good quality battered fish and chips, just greasy enough but not overly greasy. Service was quick and kind. We were in and out in 25-30 minutes.

A fast food place for seafood. The food was good, everyone enjoyed their meals.. the meals do lack some salt and pepper, no seasoning in the dishes. But honestly for someone like myself I enjoyed the simpleness of it.

While the fish and chips could have both been crispier, they still had that classic flavour and style you would expect from a traditional fish n chips house.
The panko crusted shrimp were my favourite though. Very crispy and the shrimp was so flavourful that I didn’t use much of the seafood sauce. The haddock was also cooked perfectly and would flake away as the fork plunged through the batter. I’d like to try more of there offerings, so I’ll probably be back soon.

I hadn’t been to Williams in years, but after the disappointing experience I had at Old Salty’s, I decided to pay Willaims a visit. I got the 4 piece fish and chips and it was great. Exactly what I would expect from a fish n’ chips joint, at a reasonable price… oh, and unlike Old Salty’s, Williams didn’t skimp on the french fries.

Had a delicious plate of fish and chips today. Great service and great food. There was a small misunderstanding on the order (likely as a result of me), however, they proactively made sure it was, seamlessly, corrected. Glad to have visited and will do so again. They are constantly fabulous.

Just happened to find this restaurant while passing through Fredericton and so glad we did! The seafood platter was amazing and more than enough for two! The picture doesn’t do it justice…there were 3 pieces of fish under there and 8 scallops. We highly recommend.
