I always check my order before leaving, and I noticed part of my order was missing. When I had asked her, the employee seemed confused and had an attitude, then called the manager, who told us the item “wasn’t included” and that we’d have to pay extra despite ordering it and paying for it.

I’ve visited this location twice and both times the staff at 1st window, second, and the person who handed me the food were polite in greeting and friendly. It’s a busy location and they have hard jobs & deal with difficult people, so I appreciate that they all seem to be having a good time. The food is what it is of course!

The night shift sucks. Waited 6 minutes for someone to take my order. I ordered only a smoothie when I pulled up to the window they took another 3 minutes to make my smoothie. U have workers just standing around talking with each other. When I got my drink, they told me they had no straw. Like whatttttt

THIS IS THE GROSSEST MCDONALD’S I’VE EVER BEEN IN MY 53 YEARS OF LIFE! I’VE BEEN HERE BEFORE AND IT WASN’T THIS BAD. FIRST AND FOREMOST, THERE ARE BUMS HANGING AROUND OUTSIDE AND INSIDE. THE EMPLOYEES NOR THE MANAGEMENT COULD ASSIST ME WITH THE APP. THE BATHROOM WAS BEYOND ANYTHING I’VE EVER SEEN. THERE WAS CAKED ON PISS IN THE LADIES ROOM THAT SMELLED SO BAD. THE ENTIRE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS SATURATED WITH PISS. I WAS DISGUSTED AND THREW MY SHOES AWAY BECAUSE EVEN AFTER WASHING THEM EWWW. I WILL NEVER EVER PATRONIZE THIS MCDONALD’S AGAIN AND I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DON’T EITHER.

I’m waiting for my mobile order. There is a window that says mobile pickup here. The sign says they are working on the order. After waiting 10 minutes and seeing others come in, order then get their order before mine I decided to ignore the sign board and ask if my order is ready. They had it sitting there the entire time. Annoyed .
